Appartamento Vespucci is located in the Testaccio neighbourhood in the centre of historic Rome, very close to places like the Coliseum, Circus Maximus and the Roman Forum, among others. Staying here you can explore the city centre of foot and enjoy the hospitality and magic that characterise the Italian capital. The Vespucci is located on the ground floor of a building with a very pleasant interior courtyard where you can feel the real spirit of Rome. What's more, if you are travelling by car, you will find a public car park located just 20 metres away. Testaccio is one of the most attractive neighbourhoods in Rome and one which has maintained its charming village feel over the years.

This 3-star apartment measures 85 square metres and can accommodate up to 6 people in one rooms with double bed, one room with single bed and pull-out bed . The apartment also has a large living room with double sofa-bed and a kitchen bar and two bathrooms with hair dryers. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment has also been equipped with guests' leisure time in mind and you will find a TV. Lastly, towels and sheets are included in the price.

It's a private apartment with a private entrance. It's all yours! We're available as needed on whatsapp and by phone. We love to propose activities and we are at your disposal if you like to "live as an italian" but only if you like it.

“Modern apartment in excellent location”

My family of 4 stayed in this apartment over the New Year's holiday. The apartment itself is clean, spacious (for a central Rome apartment) and well provisioned. One bathroom is large with a big tub and shower attachment, the other is small, but functional. The shower cubicle is very cosy, and I think very tall people might struggle using it. The beds are comfortable and there's loads of storage space. The location of the apartment is brilliant. Testaccio is a great neighbourhood with all of the amenities and a great market. It's so close to the main Rome attraction but feels peaceful and non touristy. It's well connected to everything by bus or a walk. We would happily stay here again.
