Description of the house and the services offered: The new and charming apartment in the heart of Rome, just renovated and elegantly furnished, is situated just above the entrance to the metro to ' Cornelia ', with which you can reach all the most beautiful historical sites of Rome, and just 3 metro stops from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter. Overlooking Piazza Giovanni Battista della Salle, the apartment is on the first floor of a quiet building and is 50 meters from restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bus, taxi and pharmacy. The apartment consists of a very nice living room (with sleeper sofa, perfect for 2 persons) with kitchen, a comfortable master bedroom (for 2 persons), an exquisite bathroom and a beautiful balcony. Guests will enjoy all the amenities: modern and functional kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine expressed ' Lavazza A modo mio, bathroom with shower (shampoo and body soap included), safe, two flat-screen televisions, wireless Internet access, heating, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine with detergent and a gorgeous balcony to spend an unforgettable Roman Holiday. The apartment is perfect for two persons, but is equipped with a sleeper sofa in the living room, so can accommodate up to 4 persons. Are provided, as well as shampoo, body soap and detergent for the washing machine, bed linen and towels, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, red pepper, coffee and espresso coffee machine, kettle and electric juicer, dish soap and sponge and much more. You will be greeted by a fresh and sparkling welcome drink to toast the beginning of your unforgettable vacation in the Eternal City, and greet us with a nice goodbye breakfast, hoping that I will return to find! If you need my help I will be nearby, so do not hesitate to call me. When you arrive, I will give you maps of Rome and brochures of the shows and events program for citizens in the days of your stay. We offer also a shuttle service at cost of 40 euro! We offer a unique service: with a supplement of Euro 150, you can have, for the duration of a photo shoot, a professional photographer, who will you traveling in the most beautiful monuments of Rome and that will immortalize the special moments of your vacation, delivering you to Check out a photo book, so that you can take with you your memories! See you there!

House rules: Check in from 14:00 to 8:30 pm, but from 20:30 onwards, you can still get an extra charge of 20 euros, while check-out is strictly before 10:00 am. If you are asked to check out early, before the rate is 07:00 am 20 euro. Remember to let me know your arrival time by email, sms, phone or whatsapp (receive my number when booking). Please smoke only and exclusively in the balcony, equipped with a suitable ashtray.

Are strictly prohibited: Noises at night;

-Loud noises in the house;

-Animals of any kind.

Whoever is found to violate these normal rules of coexistence it will be sanctioned with a fine from 25 to 100 Euros.

The house is equipped with a cot for babies, so it can accommodate families.

Are provided, as well as shampoo, shower gel and SOAP for washing machine, sheets and towels, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, chili, coffee pods and espresso coffee machine, kettle and juicer, detergent and sponge, and more. You will be greeted by a fresh and sparkling welcome drink, to celebrate the start of your unforgettable holiday in the eternal city, and we say goodbye with a farewell breakfast, hoping that you will find me! If you need my help I'll be nearby, so don't hesitate to call me. When you arrive, you will provide the Rome maps and pamphlets of the shows and events scheduled for the days of your stay. We offer a shuttle service costs 40 euros per trip, which will take you from the airport to the apartment and vice versa! We also offer a unique service: for a fee of 150 euro, you can arrange for a photo shoot by a professional photographer, who will accompany you in the most beautiful monuments of Rome and that will immortalize the special moments of your vacation, you stay at the end of a book, so that you can carry with you your memories! We are waiting for you!

House rules: check-in is possible from 14:00 at 8:30 pm, but from 20:30 onwards you can still get by paying a supplement of 20 euros, while check-out is strictly by 10:00 am. If you are prompted to check out early, before 07:00 am the rate is 20 euros. Remember to let me know your arrival time via email, sms, telephone or whatsapp (you will get my number at time of booking). Please smoke only in the balcony, equipped with a special ashtray.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carolina (the owner) a message.

If Carolina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
