Affordable Glamour in Rione Monti

To reach the loft you have to get your share of daily physical exercise done: walk up 5 floors – and please note that there is no elevator, so climbing the stairs is the only option!

When entering the apartment you'll walk directly in the living room, rather cozy and tall - its ceiling goes up to 4 meters/13 feet. From the living room you have access the guest room with a full-size sofa-bed and a built-in surround home-cinema system. You can then walk into the fully equipped kitchenette and in the fully tiled stylish bathroom. This is the main floor. Then there is the mezzanine, with a queen size bed, a closet and a bookshelf with a small desk. Home decor is a journey into Italian design from the 20th century with state-of-the-art terrazzo tiles, artsy glass doors, a floor-to-ceiling Murano glass lamp, just to give a few examples. Andy you're welcome to discover the rest of the collection during your stay.

The loft is fully equipped including the following:
• Kitchenware: dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, oven and washing machine. For your caffeine needs we provide a Nespresso machine in addition to the traditional Bialetti! For your breakfast you'll toaster and a tea-kettle! A full set of glasses will be handy for cocktails, dinner and after-hours drinks. We also provide cookware and cool flatware and tableware.

• Bed & bath: indulge in our satin Frette bed lines and pamper yourself with the pure cotton waffle towels.

• Entertainment & WIFI music: get connected with our free wireless fast connection and stream your music from you i-Phone and i-Pad with the JBL ON BEAT VENUE – and you can recharge them with no need of adaptors! If you still prefer CDs, there is a player and a small collection including Italian, classical, and lounge music. We also provide a TV with a surround home-theatre system.

• Wellbeing: the loft is equipped with heating system as well as air-conditioning – two units, one serving the living room and mezzanine and one for the guest-room.

• FYI: you'll find a small library with books on Rome and Italy, maps and a few novels in both English and Italian

Hello Laura, thanks for your review because she gives me the opportunity to improve and make the experience of my guests, exceptional. I'm sorry that my "discretion" was interpreted as "Hurry to go away." When I see the guests tired after traveling and with the desire to relax by taking a shower I try to be polite and discreet and once shown to the apartment and all accessories, leave guests their privacy and their vacation. 11 days before your arrival, in the mail I send guests with details of check-in, those costs were mentioned. If only you had told me that you were not able to find in the description of the site from which the book, which are due at check-in 39 euro for final cleaning and we owners are obliged, on behalf cel Municipality of Rome and demand by guests, the tourist tax, I got to show you where on the other hand is described very clearly. They were not then hidden costs. The apartment is cleaned and sterilized linen for every guest change. In case of long stays, even at mid-stay. To do this I make use of specialized companies. Before leaving the guests, I always leave my telephone numbers and I say that for any problem should call me. If I had you called to tell me that the cleaning was not satisfactory for you, I would have taken steps to put off at my expense the cleaning company. But the apartment was immaculately clean, I'm sure because before check-in myself checking that everything is perfectly clean and tidy. In the apartment there is a dishwasher, and its detergent, before leaving the apartment, a bit like every one of us is at home, you put the dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash. I do not see what's wrong in having done. Also having stayed 3 nights, you wanted to keep the garbage in the house for three days? As every one of us is at home, you took the garbage in containers that are found in the street. I do not see what's wrong in having done. I wanted to tell you that in another site of bookings of apartments, very famous, I the title of "Super Host" has been attributed, it means that guests have evaluated me and my 5-star apartment. Other guests like you. Do you really think that I have wanted to reserve to you a different treatment from what I usually reserve the right to all guests? My mission and make the guests' stay unique. If you come back in Rome please contact me, to stay there in my apartment and give me a chance to change your mind. A greeting Vittorio

How do damage deposits work?

If Vittorio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
