An entire apartment at your disposal in the center of Rome, to enjoy your holiday in complete freedom and autonomy, pleasantly relax in a cozy and warm atmosphere after a day spent exploring the most characteristic corners of the city: this is A Place Apart holiday home.

A very special place, surrounded by the peace and tranquility of a large courtyard with garden, a quiet oasis just a short walk from the vibrant streets of downtown. It's located few bus stops from St. Peter's Basilica, in an area full of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all the services you need, well connected to the heart of Rome with the subway (A line, “Valle Aurelia” stop) and with several bus lines.

You can easily reach the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Venezia and all the places that make Rome unique and unforgettable.

The apartment, equipped with all the comforts to make your stay pleasant and welcoming, is located on the third floor (with lift) of an elegant building and consists of a living room with kitchenette, a spacious double bedroom (including a sofa bed for an additional guest), a large bathroom, a closet and a balcony.

The spacious and bright living room includes a dining table and chairs where you can comfortably eat whenever you want, a sofa for your relaxation and a kitchenette complete with everything you need for cooking.

The bathroom, including toilet, bidet and shower, also has a washing machine and hair dryer.

Interaction with my guests is my favourite part of this job. I like to meet them, speak with them and give them some tips about Rome. I wait for them at the check in, giving the keys, explaining some few things about the apartment and being available for any kind of questions or information - at the check in as well as during the whole stay. I would like to make my guests at ease and feel at home as much as I can.

Très joli appartement a deux stations de bus du Vatican. Ce sont surtout toutes les petites attentions de la proprietaire qui rendent ce sejour inoubliable.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Federica (the owner) a message.

If Federica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
