Getting around

At the historic center, 500 meters from Quirinale (official residence of the President of the Republic), the palace of the early twentieth century, located between Via Venti Settembre, Via delle Quattro Fontane and gardens of Palazzo Barberini. Via Venti Settembre belongs to Rione Trevi:, you have less churches than that in the other districts. In the Roman archaeological topography, the district was established in 1743. The name comes from Treio, Treghio, Trevio, which in the Middle Ages meant the end of three streets (trivium). These were probably where the Trevi Fountain, the pride of the neighborhood, and the church of Santa Maria in Trivio are.

Very Good

“Great location, nice apartment”

Reviewed 7 Apr 2016

We liked the apartment very much, everything is clean en spacious. Nice owners and no problems with the deposit. Apartment has a good central location and also a very safe location. Unfortunately there is no daylight in the apartment. From the airport we took an official taxi but it was terrible, you'd better book the transfer via the owners, very nice and helpful driver Marco.

“Lovely apartment in an excellent location”

Reviewed 27 Feb 2016

A very attractive and spacious apartment. Very quiet location at night and yet only yards from a range of good restaurants, decent little supermarkets and within a 30 minute walk of virtually everywhere in central Rome that you could wish to go. Should you want to go further, then the metro is a couple of minutes away. The kitchen is well enough to equipped to enable you to cater well for yourself - though lacking some refinements e.g. vegetable peeler, good sharp knife, masher or liquidiser. Tv was clapped out making a loud noise - but only Italian and French channels. Pier Luigi very efficient throughout the process. Organised a taxi at a good rate from airport to flat as we arrived late on Sunday night. Overall this is an excellent apartment which is very good value for money given its location. Would strongly recommend as a 5 star apartment except at the current time. There is a major renovation which has been ongoing upstairs since October. This started at 8.20 every weekday morning and made it very noisy and unrelaxing. Would not recommend booking until it can be confirmed that this renovation work has been completed.

“Perfect accommodation from which to enjoy Rome and then to return to this blissful home away from home.”

Divine apartment to suit the discerning visitor to Rome.It is in a wonderful location, and very peaceful and quiet.Very good supermarkets within a three minute walk, and a pleasant stroll to the spanish steps, trevi fountain . The apartment is very much a five star rating, and it is beautifully appointed. Pier and his wife Mary were unbelievably kind and helpful to us when I became sick.Pier came to the hospital with us,and waited all morning to make sure I was alright. We thought this was way beyond the call of duty and felt so grateful . highly recommended for visitors to Rome who want a good standard of accommodation

Owner's reply: We hope that you will solve your health problems very soon. we were pleased to have you as our guests. thanks for the nice review.

“Home Away From Home”

Reviewed 24 Jul 2015

The manager Pier was friendly and professional. He was waiting for us upon arrival as agreed. Informed us of all shops and other amenities nearby with a map. The apartment was very neat and clean. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea and other condiments. We had air conditioning which served very useful because we had temperatures of 37 to 40 every day. The location was very secure and close to the Metro which we used everyday to get around Rome. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to all family and friends. Thank You Pier.

Owner's reply: Thank you Laurie and Jennifer for your positive review and hope to see you again in Rome perhaps with a less hot weather. Pier and Cetti

“Spacious and lovely unit in quiet, convenient location.”

Reviewed 1 Jul 2015

This apartment in the Quirinale is nicely located near the intersection of the "Four Fountains" , close to the Metro but also within walking distance of some of the key sights. It looks onto an inner courtyard so it is quiet and restful when you are taking a break. The building and area are quite secure and it virtually backs onto the gardens of the Barbarini Palace, which is right around the corner and offers one of the nicest museum/gallery experiences. The unit is very well equipped and really quite spacious for two or even three people. The host Pier was very helpful in meeting us upon arrival, with tips about the area and restaurants, and in arranging for an exceptional driver, Marco, to get us to the airport at the end of our visit. Rome is great but also hot and dusty in late June - this place is the perfect sanctuary to rest up for your evening or next day.

“Excellent value for money, helpful ownert, great location”

Reviewed 11 May 2015

it is always a bit of a lottery in Rome, but this was an excellent place to stay, bright, roomy for a small apartment, with furniture not too much, enough to value its spaces even more. Will be back!

“Great location”

Reviewed 13 Apr 2015

it was an amazing location and the apartment was perfect. They even had slippers for us. He had his handy man pick us up which worked great so we didn't have to worry about finding the place. The deposit was returned when they came to check us out based on the time I needed. Everything was awesome. We actually could walk just about everywhere and the metro was convenient.

“Fabulous apartment, fabulous location - highly recommended”

Reviewed 2 Sep 2014

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful apartment. A character building, with great facilities in the apartment including a lovely large kitchen and bathroom, everything we needed was here. We had our teenage son with us and there was plenty of space for us all to spread out. The location is great within easy walking distance to the Metro, the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, shopping, restaurants etc. We would love to return to this apartment and highly recommend it. The owners met us on arrival and showed us around, they were very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed, they allowed us a very late check out for our late flight at no extra charge - we were most appreciative.
