"Spacious and comfortable for family of 4; conveniently located."
This was our first stop in Italy. Very conveniently located - within easy walking distance of food and transportation. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. We'd stay here again.

The apartment in Piazza del Popolo was wonderful! I travelled with four other friends, and we stayed for 4 nights (in June), and the apartment was very roomy, with two bedrooms (one was a bit smaller, and the other was a master bedroom with a separate washroom), and a sofa bed in the living room area. There was a large shared washroom as well, and a nice kitchen where sometimes we would make dinner and eat in. The location was pretty central, and it's quite floe to the Spanish Steps and other shops/stores/groceries. We walked a lot around the area. It was also steps away from the Metro A, which you can take directly to the Vatican. We had no problem with any noise at night time, even though there was a tram on the street. For the price, it was definitely a great apartment. One minor thing is that it does NOT have any internet (wired or wifi). It would have been the icing on the cake to have it (especially to plan out the day, look at maps etc), but we made use of the time away from the Internet (and planned most things beforehand), and there are other places with free wifi :)

"Lots of Room - Great Location"
I was traveling with my family of 5, there was more than enough room for all of us. The children loved the big window that opened up and they could see everything outside. Great little restaurants to eat close by. Metro was right there. Our view from the apartment to the left was the Arch to the Piazza del Popolo, which is the NE section of Rome. The only draw back was the metro train on the street below. At night it runs every 10 mins. until midnight. Bring earplugs, once we got some we slept great.

"Nice, spacious and very central"
The room were 100m meters from the Metro, and walking distance to central Rome. clean rooms, with two nice bathrooms and a little veranda to enjoy late evenings. Two adults and two teenages daughters and a little boy had plenty of room. Very nice litlle pizza restaurant across the street had value for money food. We can recommend it. "Nice Place great location"
We stayed here at Martina A Piazza del Popolo with a group of 5 adults. We loved the apartment, the location, the amenities, and mostly the great price. One thing is for sure, if you are a large group this apartment is everything that you need. It is about location, location and location. Flamino station, on the corner, the tram right on the street of the apartment, good restaurants, walking distance to the sites and a very nice neighborhood. And all for reasonable price.

"Excellent apartment, superb location, kind people to rent from"
I stayed here with my two children, sister, brother in law, and 1 year old nephew. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was a very cute apartment with kitchen and a cute little patio. It was in the heart of Rome and within walking distance to many of the sights we wanted to see in Rome. The woman we rented it from was very kind and helpful. The price was great for Rome. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again if I am lucky enough to return to Rome.
