“Excellent host, apartment and location”

Reviewed 17 Sep 2015

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. Pier and his wife are gracious hosts with a beautiful apartment that is convenient to every place you need to go in Rome. There is very easy access to the train, trolley, bus and Metro. The address is on a busy street, but the apartment is well in back facing a small street. The only noise is the sound of school children at the school on the other side of the street.

“Quiet, clean and comfortable”

Reviewed 15 Sep 2015

We had a lovely week. The apartment was brilliantly placed, within comfortable walking distance of the Colosseum, the Forum and the Lateran, and a longish walk from the Palazzo Venezia. Very close to the Metro, which made getting to the Vatican and the Via del Corso easy. The flat itself was clean and comfortable, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. We particularly liked the Bistro a 133, two minutes walk up the hill. Pier and his wife were very kind and helpful, and the taxi driver they organised to fetch us from the airport was great.

“Week in Rome”

Reviewed 25 Jul 2015

The flat was beautifully clean, with all equipment fully functional and operating properly. The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished. Pier and his wife are very nice decent straightforward people, and inetracting with them was a pleasure. Everything with booking etc went very smoothly. The flat is about 100 yards from the Manzoni Metro station on the 'A' line, and 2 stops from the important 'Termini' station with its Metro station at the cross roads junction of the 'A' and 'B' metro lines, so was very conveniently located indeed. Also, the very useful Number 3 Tram line runs along the via Emanule filiberto, close to the flat,. This runs to the Etruscan Museum, and close to the Villa Borghese park. The Borghese Galleria was really worth seeing. We were able to visit many interesting sites very easily. It was a most enjoyable stay.

“Fab apartment”

Reviewed 18 May 2015

If you want an apartment that is perfectly placed for exploring Rome then this place is perfect. Within a few steps of metro Manzoni, small shops, ice cream parlours and breakfast bars. From Manzoni metro you can quickly reach most of the sights of Rome, having said that it's only a 10/15 minute walk to Coliseum,, but metro handy to catch after a tiring day sightseeing! The apartment is comfortable and easily big enough for 2-4 people, there's a lift to the second floor, handy when you have shopping or been wandering all day. The owners have provided handy provisions like tea, coffee, sugar, foil, cling film etc. I really recommend this apartment for comfort and location.

“Great place to stay”

Reviewed 5 Apr 2015

Super convenient location right above a metro stop, walking distance to Colosseum (about 1Km). Pier was a good host. Everything in working order, clean and friendly. The apartment was larger than I expected with Kitchen, Family room and two bedrooms. Pier arranged for a taxi to pick us up after we landed in Rome (optional- I asked him for help), the price was great and I didn't have to worry about how to get to the place.

“Great location and highly recommended vacation rental”

Reviewed 15 Jan 2015

Pier and Cetti, the owners of the property were great, Pier always provided quick responses by emails. They helped us with booking transportation from and to airport. The property was clean and located next to the Metro station, easy access to everywhere. Lots of restaurants are nearby. The apartment is spacious for 5 adults. We wish the place have an extra bathroom would be ideal for 5 people!

“Great Apartment, ideally situated for touring Rome!”

Reviewed 4 Sep 2014

a really comfortable and clean apartment, situated in a lovely clean and secure apartment block just metres from the entrance to the metro station, the entrance to the apartment block is right next door to a mini mini supermarket and a pizzeria, and a lovely friendly cafe on the corner. the metro is just two stops from the Termini, and from there Rome is your oyster!! would fully recommend the tour buses, to help get your bearings, especially lovely at night. Loads of great little shops, and some fabulous cafes/restaurants to eat out at, to suit all pockets. A big thank you to Pier and his lovely wife for the warm welcome received. I would definitely recommend this apartment and Rome to all.

“Excellent well equipped and positioned apartment”

Reviewed 22 Aug 2014

A well positioned Apartment with good transport links to all the main tourist sites. The apartment is surprisingly spacious and very well equipped and has secure access from the main street. Very quiet too considering its position. There are supermarkets and other facilities near by and the easy access to the metro , trams ,bus and taxis makes exploring Rome very easy. There are some reasonably priced places to eat nearby we recommend the Hosterlia off the Via Merularia. a range of good Italian food and the Caffe Bistrot L'800 for great pizza. If visiting the Vatican or Colosseo do prebook the queues can take hours otherwise,(via online) a trip around on the Rome bus tour is a good way to get your bearings and see the city too.. Pier is an excellent host and will help booking taxis to and from the airports and give helpful advice on the area if needed. We shall definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending casepier to friends.

“Lovely apartment at a reasonable price”

Reviewed 13 Jun 2013

This is an excellent apartment perfectly located for travelling around Rome. The nearest metro station is less than 5 minutes walk away. And don't forget the gelato shop which is even closer. Also, a special mention for Pier and his wife who were friendly and helpful hosts. We would have no hesitation in staying in this apartment again.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your positive comments. You are always welcome if you think to come back. Pier and Cetti
