The holiday house "Bright House" is located in the Prati district, a few steps from St. Peter's, the Vatican Museums, Navona square and Spanish Steps.

The building, where Bright House, was built above the Naumachia Vaticana, willed emperor Domitian.

Among the ancient Romans "naumachia" was a show representative a naval battle, which took place in particular flooded amphitheatres.

The apartment is spacious and sunny, high-ceilinged, with a view of glimpse of Castel Saint Angel, has just been renovated.

Bright House has 2 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom (en suite) with shower and hairdryer.

The rooms are quiet and comfortable, both with TV, air conditioning (hot / cold), private bathrooms.

One bedroom has a queen bed while the other has a double bed, which can be divided into two single beds.

There is the possibility to have a cot for children up to three years.

Bright House, which has all double glazed windows, includes a living room with kitchenette with microwave oven, water boiler, gas machine, fridge with freezer, dishes, washing machine and has central heating, free WIFI.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 (+1) persons.

On the same street, just two blocks away, is the only stop "Vatican" of the shuttle bus that runs from Fiumicino to Termini station.

It is a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station (Ottaviano-San Pietro, and Lepanto).

Also just outside the front door there is a bus stop 492 for those arriving at Termini station, while around the corner there is a bus stop 23 for those arriving at the Ostiense station.

At 50 meters there is a grocery store, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a pharmacy and a bank.

Also nearby is a supermarket and a local market.

In the Prati neighborhood there are many restaurants, bars, pharmacies, even at night, banks and shopping areas elegant "Via Cola di Rienzo and Via Ottaviano", and nearby, Via del Corso, Via del Babuino, the center of the great antique shops, and the luxurious Via Condotti.

Bright House is a perfect starting point to visit the major monuments of Rome.

Passports or identity documents must be presented at check-in for registration and for sending data to the Police, and will be made the payment of Tourist tax. The check-out will be made by the host or his representative, No smoking in the apartment. Animals are not allowed.
It’s forbidden to organize parties.
Please do not make noise in the apartment and on the stairs and respect the hours of nightly rest.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact BIANCAMARIA (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send BIANCAMARIA (the owner) a message.

If BIANCAMARIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
