From the owner

Casa del Professore is situated in the historical heart of Rome, to 5 minutes walking to St. Peter's Basilica, a strategic position to reach the main places of Rome (Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona, Fontana Trevi, ...), entertainment and shopping in the city.

It' s well served by public transport. In addition to many local lines, a few meters away there is the Metro A - station Cipro.

Main characteristics of our apartment are the brightness and quiet, despite being located in the heart of Rome.

The apartment is about 70 sq.m.is very bright because conveniently situiated at the corner of the block with windows on both sides.

It consists of:

-- large living room with sofa bed (very comfortable and large), single bed and 2 armchairs

-- 1 bed room

-- bathroom

-- well-equipped kitchen for your "authentic" home cooked Italian meals.

Our apartment is great to host up to 5 people plus a child under the age of 2. The living room has a double sofa bed (very comfortable) and a single bed. We also have a cot for children under 2 years of age.

The house in the Light is equipped with all modern comforts, including heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, digital TV, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and iron board

A few meters away there is a super market and the grocery market where you can find fresh fruits and vegetables in season and fresh meat and fish.

The children under 2 years of age are free.

Via Caracciolo is a large quiet avenue in the typical early 20th century area .
A few meters away there is a super market and, above all, there is the grocery market, known in Rome as "Trionfale" market, where you can find fresh fruits and vegetables in season and fresh meat and fish.
Free parking can usually be found by the apartment. Secure (payment) parking is also available on the opposite side of the street.

How do damage deposits work?
