This large apartment has been in the family since 1941; you will be able to enjoy the experience of living like a real Roman in an Italian home in one of the most central districts of Rome with outstanding facilities. Located in the “Prati” district, it is just a few minutes walk from the Vatican (about 900m). It is also within walking distance of the other greatest attractions of the city; Castel S. Angelo, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, the Coliseum.....

“Via Cola di Rienzo”, which runs parallel to Via Germanico, is a busy shopping centre with many designer stores and conveniently also includes a supermarket and a covered market.

You don't need the car in this area because It is very central and well connected. Therefore, if You come by car please be advised that the apartment has not a reserved place for the car and the parking in the streets is to be paid from monday to saturday, from 8.00 to 20.00, 1 euro per hour (forfait 4 euros for 8 hours). The cost of the closest garage is about 25,00 euros per day.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria-Luisa (the owner) a message.

If Maria-Luisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
