Situated at the heart of Rome, at a five-minute distance from the intimate, peaceful and magnificent surroundings of the Coliseum, this newly-developed apartment, totally renovated, on the first floor of an antique and prestigious palace features, among other things, comfort and serenity with a doorman at your service. THE ENTIRE PROPERTY IS OFFICIALLY AUTHORIZED AND LICENSED BY THE MUNCIPALITY OF ROME AND PROVIDED WITH INSURANCE, ALL THE SAFETY EQUIPMENT AND HYGIENE STANDARDS. This quaint loft is approximately 55 square meters in size and is located inside a typical Roman courtyard with its own entrance.

Tranquility and security are guaranteed due to the excellent reliability of the daily reception services and the safe historic district it is situated in.

This apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, an extendable dinner table for four, a mini fridge with freezer, a microwave, induction stove, a TV lcd, two bed areas and two complete bathrooms. This unique and characteristic place has a bright entrance with a glass gate directly from the courtyard. Each area is equipped with Air Conditioning, high performing Internet WiFi and TV lcd.

There is a double suite featuring a comfortable four-poster bed, a spacious wardrobe and bedside tables, a TV lcd, a comfortable leather sofa bed and its own bathroom as well. These amenities make this particular room potentially liveable during the day, thus having your very own mini apartment. Adjacent to the master bedreoom there is triple bedroom with a kitchenette and a table with four chairs. This particular section of the apartment also comes equipped with its own complete bathroom.

Each room possesses a traditional heating and air conditioning system, making it comfortable for all. We take great pride in our establishment, marking cleanliness and hygiene our top priority, and therefore, furniture and accessories are completely new as well.

With its archaeological district, this unique location promises to make your stay with us enjoyable and memorable and at the same time, you would not have to worry about transportation and/or neighbourhood markets because they are all accessible to you at a short distance.

first of all i wish to thank Grant for his stay and for the nice words expended for my apartment which i try to improve everyday taking a good care of it and of my guests. As it is said on my properties detail, cleaness is my priority and i can proudly recognize that my apartments are all very very clean and perfectly located in the heart of Rome and i am very glad that all of my guests recognize those things. Concerning noises i would like to remind to all of my guests that the building my apartment is situated in is located in a very central street, just a few steps from the Coliseum, trafic and noises are unfortunatly "loved/hated" prerogatives of all the big cities of the world..Paris, London, Madrid and New York are the same..so when the front door is open(when the porter is on duty the front door is always open) it is possible that some noise can be heard but as i said it is a normal thing for a big city..and so it is concerning people talking louder in a central building lived by 120 other families..to solve the "problem", for all those people who don't like to hear any noise, keeping the door and window closed or renting a place in the country side of the city might be a suggested solution..but do not complain then whether you will take one hour to get the centre!! So as i always say, Rome is all those things...mess, trafic, good food, history and genuine people talking louder..and maybe this is the reason why bilions people love my city!

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Salvatore (the owner) a message.

If Salvatore (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
