This very bright apartment is housed on the second upper floor of an exclusive building. It is made of two spacious double rooms, one with a small living space, LCD TV with DVD player, decoder and free satellite channels. In case of need a third bed can be added. In a separated room the kitchen is equipped with a four fires stove, programmable oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, a small folding table and supplied with kitchenware and all the necessary to cook. If you like to relax drinking a cup of tea or reading a book a small lounge on the corridor offers you the perfect resting point. The spacious bathroom is furnished with washbasin, bidet, shower box, washing machine and hairdryer. The 75 sqm apartment is served with WiFi Internet access, Air Conditioning and central heating. Towel set is provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Alberto (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
