"NOW ROME Holiday Apartment B&B" is an elegant accommodation of approximately 150 square metres, recently restored, in the quarter of St. Giovanni, a 10-minute walk from the amazing St. Giovanni Basilica. Most famous monuments and historical attractions are within easy reach.The apartment, located on the 5th floor of a listed early 20th century building, is ideal for family up to 6, or group of friends, that love having a lot of space, restful time after the touristic tours around the city and comfortable rooms.

The accommodation offers 3 large double bedrooms; in particular:1) An elegant and large suite (26 sq.m), with private balcony (approximately twelve metres long and one metre wide), king size bed, three seat sofa, hardwood floor, flat screen TV, and air conditioning.2) A charming spacious double bedroom (18 sq.m), king size bed, two seat sofa, hardwood floor, flat screen TV and air conditioning.3) A large double bedroom (17 sq. m.) with twin beds, hardwood

The use of the apartment is based on the number of the guests:

- If you are up to 4 guests, you are allowed to use two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the kitchen, of course, while the third bedroom will stay close and unoccupied, as you will have exclusive use of the apartment.

- If you are 5 or 6 guests, or you wish to have also the third bedroom open, could you please proceed with the reservation for 5 or 6 guests.

The first day of your arrival we are pleased to offer a self service catering breakfast (storaged in the kitchen), consisting of milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, bread, butter and jam.The large Dine in kitchen is full-equipped with new appliances.WiFi access is provided.You can use the home telephone for calling national number (friends in Italy, restaurants, services) and emergency number. My niece, in charge of the check-in and check-out, will be pleased to welcome you at check-in time, deliver you the keys and provide you with all the information you might require for a relaxing stay in Rome.The accommodation is in the characteristic quarter of St. Giovanni, a 10-minute walk from the amazing Papal Archbasilica of St. Giovanni in Lateran, commonly known as St. Giovanni in Lateran's Basilica and the Baroque style Basilica of the Holy Cross in Jerusalem, where the Relics of the Passion of Jesus Christ are kept. Thanks to its strategic location, near the Aurelian Roman Walls, in the centre of Rome, it's very easy and quick to reach famous monuments and historical attractions, such as The Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Circo Massimo and the Palatino.For shopping lovers, St. Giovanni area is extremely well served with many restaurants, pizzerias and pubs, elegant and trendy shops, local markets, stores and other facilities (banks, post offices, pharmacies, hospital, transports, garages, etc.)Just few steps from the entrance of the building, there are: coffee shops, bakery, grocery, inCoop supermarket, pharmacy, pubs, newsagent, restaurants and pizzerias. You can reach many interesting historical places on foot (S. Giovanni Basilic, St. Croce in Jerusalem Basil, The Holy Stairs or Scala Sancta, etc) or use the frequent public transport services: there is a bus stop in front of the building that connect you in 10-15 minutes to the amazing Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatino, Circo Massimo and the Vittoriano in Venezia Square.Furthermore, two underground stops are at a few hundred metres away (Metro - Linea A in St. Giovanni Square and Re di Roma Square). The Metro A connect you in 10 minutes to: Piazza di Spagna, Trinita' dei Monti, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza del Popolo and many other wonderful places. You can also reach the Vatican, by tube, from S. Giovanni to Ottaviano stop, in only 18 minutes. If you travel by car, a private parking garage is very close to the B&B, with a cost of 10/15 Euros per day (opening hours: Mon-Sat from 6:00am to '1:00am / Sun and Festive days from 6:00am to 10:00am and from 6:00pm to '1:00am).Please ask us for more information or for booking.How to reach us:- From FIUMICINO AIRPORT: take the non-stop train “Leonardo Express” to Roma Termini Railway Station. It leaves every 30 minutes and takes about 30 minutes to reach Termini Central Station. - From CIAMPINO AIRPORT: take the non-stop " Shuttle-Bus Terravision Ciampino Airport to Roma Termini Railway Station (departures every 15 minutes). Journey time: 40 min. Then, from Termini Railway Station take the Linea A (Metro) direction Anagnina and get off at St. Giovanni (only 3 stops and 5 minutes journey time).If you are a large family or a group of friends and you prefer to reach the B&B by car, we can book for you a private pick up service from Fiumicino Airport or from Ciampino Airport to the accommodation.Please, contact us for more details and prices.

I confirm that the neighbourhood is safe and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarket and public transport services.

"My accommodation is in the characteristic quarter of St. Giovanni, a 10-minute walk from the amazing Papal Archbasilica of St. Giovanni in Lateran, commonly known as St. Giovanni in Lateran's Basilica and the Baroque style Basilica of the Holy Cross in Jerusalem, where the Relics of the Passion of Jesus Christ are kept.

Thanks to its strategic location, near the Aurelian Roman Walls, in the centre of Rome, it's very easy and quick to reach famous monuments and historical attractions, such as the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Circo Massimo and the Palatino (by public bus n.51 in front of my building).

For shopping lovers, St. Giovanni area is extremely well served with many restaurants, pizzerias and pubs, elegant and trendy shops, local markets, stores and other facilities (banks, post offices, pharmacies, hospital, transports, garages, etc.)

Just few steps from the entrance of the building, there are: coffee shops, bakery, grocery, inCoop supermarket, pharmacy, pubs, newsagent, restaurants and pizzerias. You can reach many interesting historical places on foot (S. Giovanni Basilic, St. Croce in Jerusalem Basil, The Holy Stairs or Scala Sancta, etc) or use the frequent public transport services: there is a bus stop close my building: bus n. 51 connects you in 10-15 minutes to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatino and the Vittoriano in Venezia Square. The bus n. 81 connects you to the Colosseum, Circo Massimo, Bocca della Verita', Largo Argentina, Piazza Risorgimento, close the Vatican City.

Furthermore, two underground stops are at a few hundred metres away (Metro - Linea A in St. Giovanni Square and Re di Roma Square). The Metro A connects you in 10 minutes to: the wonderful Fontana di Trevi (Piazza Barberini stop in 8 minutes), Spanish Steps and Trinita' dei Monti (10 minutes), Piazza del Popolo (12 minutes) and many other wonderful attractions.

You can also reach the Vatican City by underground - Metro Linea A from S. Giovanni stop to Ottaviano stop, in only 18 minutes.
