There is also a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two single beds, a completely equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bidet and a bathtub and a toilet with a bidet and washing machine. It features TV and air conditioning.

The apartment is especially appreciated by those who love the charm of antiquity, art and history, but also by those who want to live a stay comfortable and informal, unconventional ... Int the heart of ancient Rome.

Even if you spend only few days in Rome, it will be very important to stay in the centre, so that you can pleasantly and in short time get to all the places of tourist interest. The house is in 'Via Cavour' betwen Esquilin et Viminal hills, near the church 'San Pietro in Vincoli' (where you can see the famous 'Mosè' of Michelangelo). Walking gently along Via Cavour, you will get to 'Foro Romano' and Colosseum. A short walk along the most beautiful streets and squares in the heart of Rome and you are in 'Via del Corso', 'Fontana di Trevi', 'Pantheon'.

Thanks to the underground (the stops of Line A and Line B are near the apartment) you will be in a moment in Saint Peter, Vaticans Museum, 'Circus Maximum' and the enchanting 'Piazza di Spagna'. You will enjoy Rome from a very privileged position.

To arrive at home I suggest you some different ways.
1) From the Fiumicino Airport take Terravision bus (€ 4 for people) or 'Leonardo express' train (€ 14 for people) to the main station (stazione Termini); you will be 5 minutes away from the apartment.
2) Take a taxi. € 48 from Fiumicino airport. € 30 from Ciampino airport.

Location description from owner

The Lazio region

Lazio is one of the 20 administrative regions of Italy, situated in the central/southern peninsular section of the country. Lazio is the third most populated and the second richest region of Italy. It includes Rome, capital and largest city of Italy.
The Italian word Lazio descends from the Latin word "Latium". The name of the region also survives in the tribal designation of the ancient population of Latins, Latini in the Latin language spoken by them and passed on to the city-state of Ancient Rome.

Rome

Rome is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It is an open-air museum and does not need any introduction. Over 16% of the world's cultural heritage are in Rome (70% in Italy).

There are several typical restaurants close to the apartment. There are also fast foods chains and "Rosticcerie", where is possible to buy a slice of pizza, a typical Roman custom, quick and cheap. Near the district you can visit the beautiful and famous "Park of the Appia Antica" with the catacombs of Domitilla, San Callisto and San Sebastiano.
