Feel at Home in Rome! This apartment is located in a strategic position near the Vatican and Rome City Centre and 20 minutes from Fiumicino Airport. We look forward to hosting you!

Ideal for families, couples and friends, the apartment ' Baldo ' is spacious and bright and can comfortably accommodate two people in the double bedroom plus one on the sofa bed in the living area. If necessary, a folding bed can be arranged for a fourth guest. The apartment has a lovely dining room, a large living room with television and DVD player, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with table, plus two convenient storage rooms. In addition, a long balcony allows guests to enjoy an outdoor space.

Guests can use the fully equipped kitchen to cook and will have 24 HOUR FREE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET. Guests will be given 100% pure cotton laundry washed bed linen, 100% English wool blankets and a set of 3 big, medium and small 100% cotton washed launfry towels.

The neighborhood offers all amenities and a variety of Italian and ethnic restaurants, bars and fast foods apart from supermarkets, grocery stores, buthcher shop, news-stand, stationary shops, banks, post office, tobacconist, cobbler and any business you could think of and would find in your neighborhood at home. Close to the apartment there is a Spa Massage and Beauty Centre and Bingo for family fun and also an award-winning ice-cream parlour.

Just in front of the main gate of the building, you will find the bus stop and 20 meters to your left the underground/subway (Metropolitana).

The underground line is two stops from the Vatican Museums, three stops from Saint Peter's Cathedral, 6 stops from Plaza of Spain, and 9 stops from Termini Central Station where you can change to line B and get to Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Circus Maximus. All attractions are reachable in maximum 15/20 minutes. From Termini Station you can also catch the Leonardo Express train to Fiumicino Airport.

There are 2 ways to reach the apartment from Fiumicino Airport: by taxi or by train + underground.

Taxi: You can catch a Taxi in front of the airport. The cost is about Eur 40/50 and the ride will take 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.

Train + underground: Take the ' Leonardo Express ' train from Fiumicino to Termini ' Train Station (Stazione Roma Termini) in Rome. There is a train every thirty minutes from 06:08 am until midnight. The trip takes 30 minutes and the cost is 14 Euros per person. From ' Roma Termini ' take the underground Line A (Metro line A) in the direction of "Battistini" and get off at the stop ' nineth Baldo Degli Ubaldi. This will take 15 minutes and the cost of the ticket is € 1.50. The underground station is right in front of the house and I will be there to welcome you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gianmarco (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
