In San Giovanni area a few steps from the basilica and a few stops by metro from Plaza of Spain.

Our business is what they say about us: All was perfect! First of all courtesy and hospitality of the owners. The apartment is not small as you can think by living area number – it's absolutely enough for couple and even with a child (there is additional sofa).Well equipped and situation in central position just next to the underground and bus line stop makes its more successful and attractive for tourists. All indoor facilities are really in apartment and in working state. If you want to see Rome and feel the spirit of local residents its 100% for you. You can travel all day by Rome and don't worry about not get home because of the transport. Take the undergraound go to Re di Roma and that's all no traffic jam no changes no bus waiting just 1-2 minutes walking. Besides you can cook at home your national dishes and tasty something special in restaurants and pizzerias which are also several in the neighborhood. Few supermarket (100% cheapest then in historical area) are also situated there – just walk pass few houses!

Nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants. The ' accueil est exceptionnel! La propriétaire et sa fille (très sympathiques) ont pris 1/2:0 pour nous faire faire le tour du quartier pour nous montrer restaurants et commerces. L ' appartement est très propre, récemment rénové et très fonctionnel. Il est très bien équipé et tout est en excellent état. La station de métro est à 5mn à pieds. L ' accès au Colisée peut se faire même à pieds en 20mn. Je recommande vivemen Mi pareja y yo estuvimos unos días en el apartamento, ideal para dos personas. Aunque su tamaño pequeño, es muy acogedor, con suficiente espacio en los Petit para colocar el equipaje y tiene de todo, incluido menaje de cocina y lo básico para cocinar como es aceite, sal y azucar. Nos HA gustado la zona estupenda, ya que está muy bien conectada en metro con el centro pero, al mismo tiempo, es un barrio tranquilo en el que viven romanos, de manera que es perfecto para desconectar de ambiente turístico! La acogida por parte de la propiedad fue la magnífica, dado que llegaron puntuales para entregarnos las llaves y muy amablemente enseñarnos no sólo el alojamiento sino todo lo necesario en la zona de transporte tanto como comercios imprescindibles type pharmacy or supermercado ... para nosotros, el gran descubrimiento fue un horno al que va la gente del barrio y que pasa desapercibido para todo desconozca que aquél on secreto: los mejores croissants de Rome!

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lucilla (the owner) a message.

If Lucilla (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
