This beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa is situated on the stunning La Torre Golf Resort Murcia. Complete with it's own garden, large open sun terrace, private heated outdoor pool (baby fence surround) and hot tub. Guests can also use the the resorts facilities inc parks, tennis courts & pools. Wi-fi & air-con included. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

The baby secure fencing is there to protect your little ones from any accidents, it is your responsibility to ensure that this fence is closed at all times. Children under 12yrs are not allowed in the Spa unless supervised. Pregnant women are advised NOT to use the Spa even at their own risk. The surrounding villas are occupied by residents/holiday makers. Noise level to a min after the hours of 10pm

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Nicola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
