Description

Located on 1.5 acres, this rustic waterfront cabin on beautiful Wheeler Lake/Elk River is in Rogersville, Alabama. Two bedrooms and 2 baths, kitchen, laundry closet and large deck outside. Enjoy stunning views from the deck & patio. The home is furnished with a queen size bed in both the master bedroom and in the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom also has a pull down loft with 2 additional full size mattresses. There are 3 flat screen TV’s each with DirecTV service.

A brand new circle driveway allows you to park just steps from the back door! There is ample parking on the lawn for additional cars and trailers.

Located in a quiet "no wake" cove with deep year-round water accessibility, you have your own private dock for fishing, swimming and all sorts of water activities. The Lee Hi loading ramp is a public loading ramp only a few minutes away.

The boat house and dock have just been renovated and new composite decking installed. My boat will be kept in the boathouse throughout the year, however, you are free to dock your boat on either side and fish, swim, and/or relax as you wish!

There are boat rentals available at Joe Wheeler state park and at Lucy's Branch Marina.

We have expanded the deck to include a new portion that wraps around the front of the home that provides a great space to relax and watch the sunset!

Perfect for a fishing trip or a family looking to stay on the lake for a long weekend!

*We do reserve the right to visit the property. Mainly, (on rare occasions) to access our boat during your stay.
