Summer breeze is a 4 bedroom contemporary Villa, recently refurbished with breath taking views of the ocean from the private balcony. It has a large swimming pool with spacious deck and sun loungers. The Villa is situated high on a hill with sloping fenced gardens and a gated driveway. Each of the 4 bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and all but one has a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail. The villa can be rented as a whole villa with 4 bedrooms or on a room by room basis. All the internal bedroom doors have easy to use locks that operate from the inside so you do not need a key to lock yourself in your room for safety and privacy. The rooms are suitable for singles as they are not shared or for couples. There is an open plan living area with kitchen which is equipped with a fridge, cooker and sink unit. The large living area can accommodate a group to dine or relax with the balcony overlooking the stunning views out to the Atlantic

The house is very suitable for groups of friends or families. The 4th room has 4 beds and is suitable for children as it has bunk beds and two single beds but doesn't have a balcony.

The garden has a fruit trees ranging from Lime, Orange and Soursop which is a local fruit and a must to try! All can be blended to make a refreshing juice to sip by the pool.

This a great house - it feels like home but is very relaxing... you don't need to go out - although there is so much do you are spoilt for choice! Mustn't forget the large swimming pool with great lounging deck!

The IGY Rodney Bay Marina is just 5 minutes away in the car with a fantastic array of restaurants from Thai to Local chicken, rice & pea's! The beach with more restaurants etc is a further 4/5 minutes away. The local town of Gros Islet is 5 mins away by car where the weekly local 'jump up' is held on a Friday. There is a variety of great local restaurants to choose from with local fish, chicken and goat on the menu. The property is in a quiet Cul de sac road has a secure feel with the added reassurance of large gate at the entrance with double doors, security bars and self locking internal doors so you can come and go as you please safely if you are a large group. Rodney Bay, the tourist hub of St Lucia, is about 10 mins away by car and has a number of bars and restaurants to choose from. In Rodney Bay, the Bay Walk Shopping Mall and JQ Shopping Mall offer duty free shopping, supermarkets and pharmacies.

The St. Lucia region

The Cap estate is the most exclusive area of St Lucia and we are one of the roads just before you turn off to the Estate and golf course - we are on a high points at the beginning/borders of the Estate. Where we are is wonderful because we are in a quiet cul de sac with a beautiful constant cooling breeze that helps make life in the sunshine a pleasure. The climate is tropical! The road can be quite bumpy so if you have a choice of car a 4x4 is best.

Rodney Bay Heights

Local attractions including Reduit Beach, Pigeon Island nature area, Cas En Bas beach, Many other local beaches! Approximately 40 restaurants Marina and beach. Horse Riding Stables, World Famous Golf Course, Sailing from the local stylish Marina including sunset tours, RYA Sailing School (which we run), Trips to Scuba Dive, Rain forest Tours by Smarty our friendly Taxi driver, Volcano - there is SO much to do and see!The cricket ground is 3 minutes away and there are regular matches - all great Fun. The St Lucia Jazz festival in May is fantastic!
