In same hands since 2003 owned by Swiss/Italian full of character and style...more a home then a rental cottage, guests keep returning as so comfortable, direct views of LOCH, SEA and also famous St.Clements church....

Enjoying typically 4 season in a day every day, days are really long in summer for great outdoors walks and
explorations, whist shorter in winter so can stay indoors in cosy cottage.

St Clements church can be seen from living room and kitchen of cottage and is 2 min walking away, whilst the shore is just beyond, The white sandy beaches and gold course are just a few miles from cottage also..

Leverburgh is 2 miles away where local shops such a Coop will keep you stocked up with fresh meat and fish and even Nutella and the local hairdresser, doctor and post office are all within the same village.

You can also catch a day trip to Uist Islands for birdwatching or from other local locations to famous St.Kilda Island when sails are on.

“Fab location - picture doesn't do it Justice!”

The photo makes it look great but the reality is even better! Fab views from all the windows. Don't be put off by the electric meter - we only put in £7 and never ran out even though we had the electric heating on. The cottage has everything you need for a great holiday and a local lady will even deliver you freshly caught fish all cooked beautifully for you along with some home made bread, We were in 7th heaven!
