Living Irie Apartment is nestled in a quiet & peaceful established bajan neighborhood - Blue Waters. Literally, turn the corner, take a few extra steps and you're facing a sea of inviting blue calming waters of the most popular south coast Accra (Rockley) beach. Many amenities are within a walking distance including the popular Quayside & Lanterns Mall, numerous restaurants, pubs and nightlife. Public transportation is safe and affordable, so a car is not essential during your entire stay and the taxi rank is located at Accra Beach. We are centrally located only 10 to 15 minutes away from the Airport, Bridgetown, St. Lawrence Gap and the most popular Oistins (Fish Fry Fridays- A must do!)
The interior is tastefully styled by our Lifestyle Architect to ensure to get a feel of tropical living blended with modern fixtures. The living room has a pull out sofa bed and the furniture configuration is flexible in arrangement to accommodate a more formal setting with a (folding) dining table, if you so wish, or just simply perch yourself at the breakfast bar which separates the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your basic appliances. Use of the washing machine is at an optional extra cost. The large air conditioned bedroom has a double bed as the basic layout. However, the room is large & flexible enough to accommodate another double bed or single beds (optional extras). The newly refurbished bathroom boasts a spa like feel with a wet room with walk in 3 way shower and double wash hand basin with wall to wall floating mirror- Perfect to examine your new suntan!
Wireless high-speed internet access and maid service (once a week) are complimentary. There is no smoking allowed inside the apartment, however smoking is permitted outside on the patio.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dian (the owner) a message.

If Dian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
