The Hay Barn is on a working fruit farm where you will be able to sample the local produce of strawberries, raspberries, plums and other fruit in season. There is 1 double bedroom and a single bedroom and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is a newly sown lawn with a patio and garden furniture and bbq . This as the perfect base to explore Rochester, Canterbury or jump onto a train into London to catch a wonderful show.

For the nature enthusiast, there are various RSPB reserves nearby.

The local golf course and leisure centre is 10 minutes away and for the shopaholics, Bluewater Shoppong Centre is 20 minutes away with Ashford Retail Outlet 40 minutes away

"GOOD GETAWAY - PEACEFUL"

Good first impression = very clean and welcoming. All considerations regarding comforts for the person(s) staying were presented well. Lovely location . Owner was happy to attend to any concerns quickly.
