A large apartment in an historic building in the center of the country. Stay in an historic building in the center of the country! The apartment is quiet, completely renovated and equipped with every comfort (including WIFI, air conditioning and dishwasher). It features a spectacular and panoramic terrace, one in the center, which allows the sight to range from the medieval castle to the Liri valley. The location immersed in the life of the country, very lively especially in the summer: the bar, the market, the public garden and big events are just below the house. The two double bedrooms and study are facing the mountain instead allow you to enjoy the silence and privacy. NATURE, CULTURE AND HISTORY. These are the characteristics of Roccasecca center. And what about the local cuisine? The flavors are those of the past, the smell of bread baked twice a day just a step from home to the typical dishes, revisited with emphasis on quality. In short, forget the car because it's all right there, in the name of "Slow Holiday" and "Slow Food". But not only ... it is perfect for those looking for a comfortable place from which to cultural excursions, landscapes or sports. The location is well connected with the train station only 3 km away (there is a bus service) and is off by pressing the 10 minute drive. You can easily find parking under the house.

Why can't I call Niccolò (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Niccolò (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Niccolò (the owner) a message.

If Niccolò (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
