The property is stylishly furnished internally and externally with a 125m² terrace. The apartment block adjoins the Golf de Ibiza golf club which boasts 18 and 9 hole courses.

The bedrooms and living area lead directly onto the extensive terrace with panoramic views of the green lush mountain and forest area of Roca Llisa. This area is wonderfully quiet and peaceful but in easy access of Ibiza town, the resort of Cala Longa and spanish town of Santa Eulalia, all within 5-10 minutes drive with wonderful restaurants abound!

The nearest beaches are the beautiful and secluded Cala Olivera and Sol Den Serra coves 1000 – 1500m distance – two of the islands best kept beach secrets. The beautiful beaches and coves to the North East of the Island are only a 15-20 minute drive away.

Roca Llisa and the apartment are a 15 minute drive from the airport situated on the coast road between Jesus and St.Eulalia and is also a ten minute drive to Ibiza town and St.Eulalia in the opposite direction.

Roca Llisa is an exclusive security gated estate or precinct with wonderful panoramic views of lush hill side and sea views and is home to the beautifully secluded Cala Oliviera and Sol Den Serra beach coves home to the now renowned Amante Beach Club. The area is in easy reach of the cosmopolitan Ibiza Town with its wonderful restaurants, bars and shops.

Santa Eulalia is a large spanish coast town 8-10 minutes drive away again with a wonderful beach, restaurants, bars, amenities and shops. The town boasts a large indoor spanish market which is open daily. A real friendly native Spanish town. Enjoy morning coffee in one of the beach promenade cafes or hotel terraces looking out to sea and watching the world walk by!

Cala Llonga is a neighbouring family beach resort which has a great choice of reasonably priced restaurants and bars. The SOS restaurant on the beach front is a well kept gastro secret on the Island specialising in fresh fish and great quality meat. A must visit!

A great tip is to purchase a current Ibiza Now Magazine on your arrival (published monthly) and all details of festivals and activities on the Island will be included for the period.

Jesus,Cala Llonga and Seista are a 5 minute drive where food and provisions can be purchased.

To really enjoy this Island and region we would recommend and advise hiring a car or motorbike.

Roca Llisa Golf course and its Club house is a two minute drive. The apartment backs on to the course and the 4th tee.

Cala Olivera is a little known cove of such unspoilt beauty some 1500m walk from apartment through woodland. It now houses a beach shack café or Chirinquita run by two senior local guys-their grilled local fish, potatoes and salad for lunch is divine!!

“Home from home”

Loved this apartment - the owner has thought of everything, especially in kitchen area. The terrace is a wonderful place to chill out & we had some lovely dinners, surrounded by large lanterns. The pool is fantastic - grounds are kept immaculately & there were always plenty of sun beds. (I guess most of these apartments are owned by locals & therefore it may be much busier during school holidays!) We had a slight problem with plumbing, but t was sorted the same day by maintenance. A car is absolutely essential - Jesus has some lovely restaurants & cafes. All in all, an exceptional apartment & I plan to return this year.
