Located at the Mediterranean seafront, first line with no houses in front it has stunning views.

Private swimming pool.

First floor consists of 4 twins, 2 with en suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. Downstairs is another twin with bathroom, the kitchen and the living room.

The house is fully furnished and well equipped with, wi-fi, hi fi and TV with Canal Satellite Digital.

Maximum Capacity 10 people, plus a baby. Pets are not allowed.

The property is rented by the week, fortnightmonth, in July and August only a fortnight. Discount for long stays from 3 weeks.

The minimum stay charged in July and August is 14 nights.

The arrival and departure at the property before 8am or after 8pm are subject to a charge :

Check in between midnight and 2am is subject to a charge of € 200 .

Check in between 2am and 3am is subject to a charge of € 300 .

Check out between 8am and 7am is subject to a charge of 50 € .

Check out between 7am and 6am is subject to a charge of 100 € .

Check out between 6am and 5am is subject to a charge of 200 € .
