When we have a chance to get away from our hectic lives we want to relax and unwind perhaps forget work for a while where better than the beautifully scenic Costa del Sol. This luxury apartment, is ideally situated for a relaxing and obtaining a peaceful holiday, any time of year.

This elegant apartment is light and spacious and has a south-facing terrace that you can enjoy quiet moments in the morning watching the sun come up whilst enjoying your breakfast or early evening with perhaps a glass of cava watching the spectacular sunsets.The terrace takes advantage of the far reaching views and is completely private and overlooks the main pool area.

Gibraltar and the coast of Africa can be seen on a fine day of course there are many of these as the costa del sol boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year with an average temperature of 21 degrees.

MAIN FEATURES

The apartment is located in a peaceful established area with no traffic or other annoying noises so a restful holiday is assured outside we have wide open spaces for you to enjoy with wonderful manicured gardens water features and palm trees the pools are maintained daily with many sunbeds to relax upon.

The Kitchen has modern units is fully tiled and has a pleasant view of the mountains and golf course. There is a ceramic hob,fridge freezer,microwave,dishwasher ,washing machine and a large variety of useful utensils. The kitchen is fully equipped for both cooking and dining in should you wish to do so.

We provide complimentary WIFI throughout the apartment which can be also accessed down by the pool area Air conditioning is throughout the apartment and is complimentary during your stay.

The main bedroom has a high quality King size bed specially imported from the UK to aid a restful sleep, the room is fully air conditioned, you also have an ocean view and access to the terrace with views of the Mediterranean the bedding we use is the highest quality Egyptian cotton as are all our towels also having your own private en suite with bath is a nice feature.

Bedroom Two has full size single beds with quality mattresses and Egyptian cotton bed linens, this bedroom has its own en suite shower room with luxury Egyptian cotton towels and is fully air conditioned with views of the gardens.

The main lounge is very large with fine imported comfy leather sofas and solid wood furniture we have invested in the latest Panasonic TV for your enjoyment the view from this room is amazing and is perfectly private unlike many properties nearby.

The whole property is not overlooked by other apartments and has more the feel of a private villa the terrace is completely private too.

You have your own secure underground parking bay with lift straight up to the front door useful if returning from the supermarkets with heavy bags.

This is a luxurious and spacious apartment furnished with very high quality furniture with marble floors and high quality building finishes.It has secure underground parking and lifts to the apartment It enjoys 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully automatic air conditioning, heating and satellite television it is within a small private development of 75 apartments which is small by spanish standards thus allowing for a peaceful relaxing holiday.

The apartment benefits from a fully fitted kitchen with a microwave, cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Royal golf Riviera is situated in Riviera del Sol only 20 minutes drive west of Malaga International Airport and ten minutes east of Marbella with views over the Mediterranean Sea and the seventh hole belonging to the famous Miraflores golf resort and is only 50 meters from the club house which is an ideal place in the evenings watching the beautiful sunsets over the mountains with a drink in hand the staff here are extremely friendly and welcome visitors.

CABAPINO
3-5 mins drive
Cabopino and Cabopino beach are situated on the coast, halfway between Fuengirola and Marbella. Miles of beautiful sandy beaches with water sports, fishing and boat trips.The sandy beach and dunes can be reached via the road at the side of the apartment block. There is also a pleasant harbour and renowned restaurants. Cabopino is one of the Costa del Sol's best kept secret.



MARBELLA
10 mins drive
One of the most delightful promenades on the Costa Del Sol, with its classy restaurants and bars overlooking the beach front. A visit to the Orange Square will bring you to a host of street restaurants in the old part of Marbella.

PUERTO BANUS
15 mins drive
With it's mega rich yachts, world famous fashion shops, Casino, shopping centre, top beaches and spectacular views, makes this place special. The nightlife is buzzing with numerous Bars & Restaurants overlooking the marina. Hire a yacht and go out into the Mediterranean.



BENALMADENA
30 mins drive
A lively resort with its beautiful sandy beaches & a spectacular promenade 2km long. Visit the Marina Plaza, often described as Covent Garden on water. Other attractions include the Tivoli World theme park.


MIJAS PUEBLO
20 mins drive
One of the prettiest villages in Spain, this traditional village has breath taking views. Tour the charm of this village on the famous Donkey taxis. Also lookout for the Mineral water spring at the entrance to the village.



RONDA
50 mins drive
Ronda is truly a spectacular village, famous throughout Spain for the plunging river gorge which divides this enchanting village. Ronda also has the oldest & most beautiful bullring in the whole of Spain.

Riviera del Sol

Mijas Coata, situated in the heart of the Western Costa del Sol lies only 30 kilometres from Malaga International Airport. It has a varied landscape that goes from the mountains all the way to the sea.


The area of Mijas is mostly mountainous with growing developments along the coast and on the gentler parts of the mountain slopes. The Pasadas and Ojen rivers cross this area, they join to form the river Fuengirola which flows into the sea almost on the limits between Fuengirola and Mijas.


Riviera beach is 10 minutes walk from the apartment which has good amenities including a new supermarket. Try David's bar for a relaxing evening drink or Max beach which is a very popular bar/restaurant their are a dozen restaurants and bars close by.


There are a variety of restaurants, shops and bars/ discos etc in Calahonda a 5 minute drive away our favourite is el olivios the food is spectacular and the service is excellent. And a lovely town called La cala is 5 minutes from Riviera and has over a dozen restaurants and bars you will certainly have plenty of things to see and do.


Fuengirola and Marbella are exceptionally good for clothes and shoe shopping for all ages. Just outside Marbella, a 10 minute drive away is La Canada, a large shopping mall good for fashion shopping. A car is not vital to the enjoyment of your holiday, the beach, bars and shops are all within easy walking distance as is a taxi rank (taxis are fairly cheap in Spain] and a bus service runs up and down the coast.


If you want to explore further afield there are many car rental agencies that will allow you to pick up a car at the airport and leave it there once finished. The apartment is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport.

“Well appointed comfortable apartment with great access to coastal areas of Andalusia”

Need a car when very hot but taxis easy and amenities/restaurants within easy reach. Variety of Retaurants to suit all tastes, all relaxed and no disappointing meals at any local to the apartment. Malaga airport very easy access and Malaga town and Quay side very lively and pleasant.

“Home From Home”

The apartment was beautifully decorated with everything that you could need. It is a spacious apartment with 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of wardrobe space. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and sent lots of information not just about the apartment but surrounding areas and activities.

“Quiet and relaxing apartment with a nice terrace”

The apartment was in line with the Trip Advisor description, the area is very quiet and a car is necessary to shop or have some fun in the area. Fortunately there is a private parking and the apartment equipment is recent and complete. The proprietary was compliant with all requests. We loved the set of furniture and the decoration, the only drawback is that all TV programs are either in spanish or in english. We definitively recommend the apartment.

“Another excellent holiday!!!”

This is about the tenth visit to this apartment! This year we were greeted by a lovely surprise. Rod and Debbie had re-furbished an already immaculate apartment with new bed linen,soft furnishings, flat screen TV and super soft towels. The apartment is luxurious and full of home comforts and it is a pleasure to stay there. This year we had an extra treat by staying for three weeks instead of two, we are already planning our next return trip. Restaurants and the surrounding areas are excellent and we have made good friends with bar and restaurant owners during our numerous visits, there is plenty to see and do for all ages. We have two grown up children and they enjoy their holiday as much as we do

“Comfortable, clean and homely....”

The apartment is of high quality, clean and very comfortable. My partner and I stayed for a week with our 11 months old twin girls, it was great to have their own room whilst away. The cotbeds were great and they slept well. The terrace is facing the sun until 9.00 in the evening which was good as we had time to sunbathe when the girls are in bed!! The apartment is well equipped with all you need specially in the kitchen, even down to tupperware for pack-ups!!! Great place and we had a nice stay.

We stayed here for 12 days and had an excellent time. The apartment was excellent, quiet area. Short walk to the golf club with nice meals and plenty of restaurants nearby.

“very comfortable even off season!”

The owner of this apartment was very helpful and genuinely keen on his guests having a good holiday. It was very well equipped regarding kitchen utensils, bedding etc. There was some wear and tear from the summer season but I'm sure the owner will address these before the start of the busy season. A car is definitely a must as the apartment is at the top of a very steep hill but the views from the balcony more than make up from it! We loved the nearby small beach resort of Cabopino, for walks and meals at the harbour. The old town in Marbella is great as well.

“Great apartment with fantastic view”

We stayed at this apartment in October 2011 and found it to be well equipped and contained all we needed for our stay. It is clean and very nicely furnished. The balcony has wonderful views over the golf course and the sunsets were spectacular. The complex is secure and the pool area is very good. The location is good but I would definitely recommend hiring a car, both to see the surrounding area and also because the apartment is at the top of a fairly steep hill. We visited Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and also Gibraltar (about and hour and a half drive). There are good restaurants and a supermarket in the nearby Las Terrazas area which is within walking distance. There are also further restaurants and larger supermarkets at the bottom of the hill. We had a lovely time with fantastic weather. Thanks again for the use of your apartment.

“fantastic holiday”

Have stayed at this destination about ten times!!!! Ideal for families and couples alike.Plenty of nice bars and restaurants in the location even better now we know the locals!!! Car is useful but not essential,gives you the option to get out and about the area Just booked again for longer for next year!! Both Rod and Debbie the owners cannot do enough before and after to ensure your stay is enjoyable
