From the owner

Our spacious 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is situated in the residential community of Pueblo Don Miguel, in the lower part of Riviera del Sol. This is a small community by Spanish standards having only 65 privately owned apartments. Positioned south westerly, overlooking a private shared pool set in beautiful mature landscaped gardens.

The accommodation is fully air conditioned and free WiFi is available. The large lounge/diner has a leather recliner suite, a dining table and six chairs. There is a flat screen SMART TV, a DVD and CD player. The well-equipped kitchen has full cooking facilities including microwave, oven and ceramic hob, toaster, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and board. The lounge terrace overlooks the pool area and has patio furniture. Steps from the lounge terrace lead down to the beautiful gardens and pool. The pool area has showers and toilet facilities. N.B. The pool closes 1st November until Easter the following year.

The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite with full size bath, shower over, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

The twin bedroom can convert to a triple with the use of a single pull out bed.

Both bedrooms have patio doors leading onto a large terrace area. They have plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has a safe.

The second bathroom has been converted to a shower room containing a full size walk in shower, washbasin and toilet.

The urbanization of Riviera del Sol has a lot to offer. The Riviera Plaza shopping complex incorporates a supermarket, newsagent, cash machine, chemist, cafe/bar and restaurant. There are more bars and restaurants in close proximity.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lynn (the owner) a message.

If Lynn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
