This 2 bedroom apartment is situated in the excellent Paraiso Riviera development and is in an excellent position overlooking the main pool and with views of the sea, it is beautifully furnished and has every thing you need to have a comfortable relaxing stay.

The apartment is surrounded by beautiful gardens, you also have the use of 1 large swimming pool and small children's pool which makes it an ideal place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

It has a very spacious lounge/dining room with patio doors which lead onto a large sunny terrace that overlooks the main pool and has views of the sea. The main bedroom also has a patio door onto the terrace and comes with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes; there is also a second shower room adjacent to this bedroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen which includes a dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave and fridge freezer and a utility area with washing machine.

The lounge area has twin sofas and a dining table for six, there is flat screen TV a DVD player and stereo, the apartment also has hot and cold air conditioning.

The complex is completely secure with access for residents only through the electronically controlled gates making it an extremely safe environment for children.

Riviera Del Sol is located between Marbella to the west and Fuengirola to the east, both are about 15 min drive away and are easily accessed by local buses. Malaga airport is only 30 mins away and transfers to and from the apartment can be arranged.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol stretches along 150km of Mlaga province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations, with its wide sweeps of golden sand. The area's mild climate is the main attraction visitors and residents alike can enjoy the beaches, as well as alfresco dining plus a wide variety of outdoor activities, all year round.

The area is famous for its hundreds of beaches to be enjoyed along this coast, from quiet, hidden coves to trendy stretches of sand with fashionable beach clubs populated by celebrities and beautiful people from all over the world.

One of the most popular pastimes on the Costa is golf there are over 50 golf courses in the area, with stunning mountain and clifftop locations, offering spectacular views over the area's varied landscapes, and down to the sea.

The western Costa de Sol is the section of coast which curves round southwards towards Gibraltar, and includes all the major resorts such as Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Benalmadena, plus of course, the ritzy celeb-magnet of Marbella. This section has a very international feel, with visitors and residents from all over the world.

Riviera del Sol

Riviera del Sol sits on the coast midway between Marbella and Fuengirola. Riviera del Sol is situated only a few minutes from the new AP 7 motorway access, and the national coast road the A7 (formerly the N-340), allowing access to Malaga airport in 35 minutes. Riviera del Sol runs down to the beach and is adjacent to Calahonda.
It is a mixed residential and holiday area enjoying every facility and services needed to enjoy life comfortably. Banks, restaurants, shops, supermarket, chemist and a health centre are all to hand.

Riviera del Sol has its own golf course, golf school tennis club and numerous golf courses and many other sports facilities are within 10 minutes drive.

Bus routes lead to all areas and there are bus stops either side of the A7 (N340) main road going to Marbella and to Fuengirola. The new Costa del Sol Hospital is 10 minutes drive away.
Nearby Puerto Cabopino provides mooring for boats and all water sports, as well as a lovely beach.
