Fantastic sea views from the inside and from the terrace. The main bedroom has a master bed and a bathroom in suite. The two other bedrooms have single beds and share a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped but without dishwasher. The flat screen Tv in the living room is connected to a dvd player and to spanish and english channels. Two swimming pools, tennis courts, and a bar-restaurant belong to this community which is just ten minutes driving from Marbella, and twenty five minutes driving from Malaga international airport. Close to all amenities, bars, restaurants, shops, zoo, golf courses, tennis clubs, this bright apartment is a perfect place for family and friends. The complex has a gated communal parking area.

The Costa del Sol region

For tourism, Cordoba, Granada and Malaga are the three main cities you can visit.
Also, some very nice and typical villages like Monda, Ronda, Ojen, Benahavis are close to the apartment.
Heading south, about 90 minutes driving, is Tarifa, one of the most famous places in Europe for windsurfers.

Riviera del Sol

The apartment is about 25 minutes driving from the famous and trendy Puerto Banus, one of the best places in Europe for a great night life. You will find a large offer of luxury boutiques, bars, restaurants and discos. The port is must seen place where you can have a walk while having an ice cream looking at the luxury boats and having some great meals in one of the international restaurants.
Marbella city is at 15 minutes from the apartment. The boardwalk is a very pleasant area with lots of restaurants down on the beach, offering delicious paellas and tapas. The Old Town is a typical area where you can only go by walking. Don't miss the Orange Square, where is the town hall and where you can eat the legendary "chocolate con churros".
The Aquapark of Mijas and the Fuengirola zoo are just 10 minutes driving from the apartment.
