Only 2 km from AP-7 motorway, along side N332 exit for Riomar. Quiet and peaceful, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, beach bars & restaurants, centre of Mil Palmeras. The apartment has a communal triple pool, large & small -perfect for the children & pool Jacuzzi.

Very convenient to 4 major supermarkets. 45 minutes from Alicante Elche Airport and 20 minutes from San Javier Murcia Airport.

Mil Palmeras has the best beaches in the area with Beach bars and beds and umbrellas for hire. There are ample reataurants and bars in the Plaza which leads to the beach. The Pueblo Latino Spanish Square with a selection of restaurants within 3 minutes drive.

There is a local market at night durting high Summer also a weekly full market. The apartment is an ideal base for touring with access to Mar Menor 10 minutes, La Manga, Cartagena and Murcia City all within 40minutes drive. The AP 7 motorway connects to San Javier airport and Alicante Airport 50 minutes via N332.
