Duplex penthouse apartment, with 77m² (829 sq ft) of covered area plus 80m² (860 sq ft) of open air terrace in two floors, with great view of the beach, Christ statue, Sugar Loaf and surrounding mountains .

Bathroom, with shower, sink, and toilette. Kitchenette with sink, minibar, cook-top, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, blender, utensils, cutlery, tea-coffee and dinning plates. Air Conditioner, Full HD 32" LCD TV, cable TV, broad band wireless internet, Alexa, washing machine, ironing board, hair dryer. Authentic XIX cent. furnishings as shown in photos, and canvases.

Apart hotel system with cleaner once a week and change of bed and bath linens once a week, or at every change of guests, or as needed. There is one double bed and a sofa-bed for 4 guests in the apartment. Entrance through staircase, therefore not suitable for guests with motion disability.

Easy access to all public transport, including subway, 24hr supermarket, restaurants, leisure in general, banks, clinics, drugstores, and general commerce within 300mts (900ft).

Hi Dug Garret, I appreciate your comments on this penthouse. FlipKey’s ad is absolutely clear and precise, including the location map, and all other previous guest attested. I feel that it is necessary to make some remarks on your comments: most hotels that you listed are more expensive than this penthouse, for a small, dark, often noisy double room compared to this penthouse with about 10 times more private area than any of these hotel rooms and proper for four guests. Anyway, you had access to all these prices before deciding for this penthouse, therefore I see no reason for your surprise. Guests choose this penthouse for its spaciousness, internal and external privacy, the private shallow pool, its wide views, its silence, possibility of cooking, etc. Credibility is absolutely important to me and that any potential guest has complete confidence in what is advertised in FlipKey. All that you have read and seen in detail in TripAdvisor is exactly true. Please make sure to check prices before you choose any place. However, I'm very glad that you have enjoyed your stay in this penthouse.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Francisco (the owner) a message.

If Francisco (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
