From the owner

Firdove is a Sunny spacious studio with stunning views over the Sussex countryside.

There is a private garden for guest use.

The washing machine is located in the utility room in the garage where there is also another toilet.

The studio is set on a quiet lane but within five minutes of a main bus route.

This makes a car not necessary or a rest for the driver while the bus takes the strain of driving and parking during your stay.

The nearest Pub is the Green Man that serves good pub food approx 10 minute walk .

The village of Ringmer is approx 20 min walk

Has another Pub the Anchor a parade of shops for all your essentials

plus an Indian restaurant and a Cafe serving breakfast and lunches.

We have been renting with holiday lettings since 2005. But as I had a year off in 2016 I have to earn back my excellent rating. We will do all we can to give a great stay information on events.Places to go . any problems we are just a door knock away. We have bikes you can borrow all serviced ready to go.

Why can't I call Linda (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Linda (the owner) a message.

If Linda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
