Description

Fantastic 1 bedroom apartment on a quiet street in Kew. This is a Victorian one bedroom property in central Kew Gardens completely modernised in 2013 to the highest standard.

The apartment is full of original features with antique marble fireplaces in both the sitting room and the bedroom. The modern kitchen/breakfast room has granite work surfaces and french doors opening onto a small private outdoor area. The walk-in wet room is tiled in Italian stone and has underfloor heating.

Overall it is a first class property in the centre of Kew with two grocery stores (one of which also bakes its own bread and has the best fresh baked pain au chocolat in Kew!), a cafe and restaurants within a two minute walk.

Transport
The property is a five minute walk from Kew Gardens tube station and Kew Gardens British Rail overland train station. Immediately outside the property is a bus stop which will take you to Richmond in 5 minutes, Chiswick in 10 minutes or Hammersmith in
