I PROVIDE BEDDING FOR THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THAT IS STATED WHEN BOOKING . PARKING SPACE AT THE SIDE OF THE CARAVAN FOR 2 CARS. HEATING IN ROOMS. FULLY EQUIPPED, TV, MICROWAVE, FRIDGE, IRON AND IRONING BOARD, PLATES, BOWLS, CUPS, PANS ETC. CRAZY GOLF ON SITE. ACROSS THE ROAD FROM THE BEACH AND GOLF CLUB CLOSE TO AMENITIES. “Clean and comfortable caravan”

Welcomed on arrival at the caravan and shown where everything was. Had a lovely week. Beds were comfortable,caravan nice and clean. Just far enough from the entertainment not to be bothered by any late night noise. No complaints at all. Would stay again.

“Lovely caravan”

We have just returned from a lovely weekend in this caravan. It has everything you need and the owners are really helpful. Beds are comfortable and you just sink into the couch, it's just what you need after a day of activities. Site is great for children with fantastic entertainment throughout the day and evening. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you Patricia and Keith.

“Home from home”

As I was working in Rhyl this was a very convenient place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Coming home at night the caravan soon warmed up and became very cosy. My only complaint was that I had to leave it to go home. Thank you for making my stay in Wales a happy one.

We needed accommodation to be close to family. This worked perfectly for us. Great spot on a site that has everything. Patricia and son were so helpful...... recommend this caravan it had everything you may need.

We stayed for the weekend and I only wish we stayed longer!! The owner was lovely and the caravan was extremely clean and had everything we needed! Perfect location and great evening entertainment for little ones. I would definitely recommend this caravan and caravan park... will be looking to stay again. Thank you!

“Very Comfortable and cosy”

The owners son was there to greet us when we arrived and was very friendly, giving us a brief tour of the caravan before letting us "get on with it". The caravan itself was extremely comfortable for both relaxing and sleeping. The bathroom was a very nice size with plenty of space, and a lovely powerful shower. It was light and airy and very welcoming after a long day out sight seeing. The holiday park itself is ideal for young families with amenities suited to children and the owners of the caravan even catered for small children with a few toys. As we have grown up children, we liked the fact that the caravan was situated in a relatively quiet area within the park.

I've just come back from a few days away and was very happy with the caravan and the actual site but was disappointed that not all on site facilities were available but when went to reception they were still charging full price for passes and said it's too cold had a lovely time though

Excellent caravan, lovely and clean. Close to the beach fantastic for my pre-schooler and teenager. Plenty to do and see, good location for exploring. Met Patricia to handover keys and she couldn't have been more welcoming! We will definately be returning :-)

My husband, I and my two children have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the caravan everything is provided, the location is fantastic, near all amenities and the beach. Added bonus with the real leather sofas, very clean and decorated to a very high standard which made it feel very homely. Lovely caravan and will definitely be staying again

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If PATRICIA /KEITH (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
