Not content with a spacious family bathroom on the ground floor comprising bath and separate double shower, there is a further shower room upstairs.

Everything about Pen-y-Bryn feels light and fresh starting from the double height hallway which offering a peek at the sky beyond, there is no shortage of natural light. The living room maximises this with the picture windows perfectly framing the sea views. Be warned, hours can be lost just gazing at the seemingly endless expanse of Rhosneigr’s Crigyll beach, the dunes and the bay. With a dining table that comfortably seats 8, and informal seating in the living room you will have plenty of room to spread out, even if entertaining. When views from the window aren’t enough, step through the French doors onto the front decked area and take prime position in the comfortable garden sofa. On a summer’s day, those doors will seldom be closed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could wish for, whether you are packing a picnic or preparing a holiday dinner party. A separate utility area is the perfect place to ditch the wellies, flip flops and fishing nets, wet towels and bathers can go straight into the washing machine ready for another fun day at the beach.

The back garden provides another furnished, outdoor space ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with a drink as you catch the last of the evening sun. Plenty of secure storage space in the wooden garage!

“Pen y Bryn perfection!”

Reviewed 9 Jul 2016

We stayed here for a four day break with three generations of family and Yorkshire terrier! Plenty of space, well equipped and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Exceptionally clean and all newly kitten out. Every home comfort provided including lovely bedding, towels and very welcome complimentary milk, prosecco, tea, coffee, sugar and Welsh-cakes! A great welcome. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom excellent for elderly parents with two bright bedrooms and extra bathroom upstairs...all very high standard. Lots of fridge/freezer space, great dishwasher etc. Outdoor spaces lovely for relaxing, eating in sun....if it shines! Great very quiet location in village...short walking distance to small local shop, restaurants and sea...just lovely. We ate out at the newly opened "Oystercatcher" restaurant on the common, very nice and welcoming with good food at reasonable prices.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of Pen Y Bryn. We are so pleased that you enjoyed the home and your time with us! Look forward to welcoming you back sometime soon. Kind regards - Rhosneigr Holiday Lettings

“Perfect holiday escape”

Reviewed 14 Apr 2016

“Truly perfect holiday home from home with easy access to Rhosneigr`s outstanding beach and coast. Pen Y Bryn is a super property with excellent bright modern décor, fantastic facilities and spotlessly clean, all we needed for a really enjoyable chillaxing break. The ample off street parking was very useful and the wonderful garden and outdoor facilities offered a perfect space for alfresco dining. Everything we could have hoped for in a lovely relaxing family holiday escape with a great location to boot! Highly recommend”. Gill and Tim, West Yorkshire.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Pen Y Bryn is a lovely holiday home and is becoming very popular but it is always nice to hear how our guests have enjoyed their stay too. Look forward to welcoming you back soon. Kind regards. Rhosneigr Holiday Lettings Team.
