Rhos on Sea, near Conwy on the coast of North Wales, is an attractive coastal town, and this two bedroom cottage five minutes' walk from the amenities of the town makes a great base. The accommodation is traditional and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a cosy sitting room with table football, ideal for keeping the kids amused on any wet Welsh afternoons, and two comfy bedrooms; a double and a twin. Outside, there is an attractive enclosed lawned garden with seating and an arbour, and the seafront, shops and restaurants are only five minutes walk. The area is full of great walking, historic castles, lovely beaches and impressive mountains, and makes a great base for a holiday.

Rhos-on-Sea

Rhos on Sea, on the North Wales coast close to Colwyn Bay, Conwy and Llandudno, is a seaside resort with a pretty harbour and a relaxed feel. The town is sheltered between Penrhyn Bay and Colwyn Bay, and stands in the shadow of Bryn Euryn. Visitors to Rhos on Sea can enjoy a host of activities in the area, including climbing Byrn Euryn, strolling the promenade, relaxing on the beach, taking a boat trip or indulging in the many watersports on offer in the area. Walkers will enjoy a trip to the popular inland village of Betws-y-Coed, or simply stick closer to home to enjoy a round of golf at Rhos on Sea’s golf club, or explore the walls of medieval Conwy Castle.
