Description

Luxury 3 room apartment, located in the center of Reykjavík. 2 min walk to the main shopping street Laugavegur where you can find excellent restaurants and live music in pubs and clubs of many different styles. There are art galleries and museums in the area within walking distance also.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

There are 2 double bedrooms, master bedroom with a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a king size bed which splits into two single beds if required (90x200). In the living room there is a cozy couch corner suite with a satellite tv with over 200 channels and a dining table with 6 chairs. There is a free Hi speed WI-FI Internet connection in the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped and I also include small items such as coffee and tea and lots of spices should you wish to cook your own meals. A supermarket is within 5 mín. walking distance and a very nice bakery where you can find almost all necessary products and lovely coffee. There is a large balcony in the apartment. In the bathroom there is a jacuzzi bathtub, hair dryer, towels, soap and shampoo also provided. My Washing machine and Tumble dryer are located on the ground floor in the common area.

I am also able to offer pick up from the airport sometimes at extra cost - contact me first please.

This is a great apartment, suitable for a family of 3 or 4. Everything is modern, stylish, works properly and it feels like a home from home. Angelika told us to help ourselves to the provided tea bags, coffee, spices, shower gel, etc. - much appreciated, although we did try to buy our own anyway. The location is excellent - 2 minutes walk from the centre for shops, bars, restaurants and a Bonus supermarket, also 2 minutes walk to the sea. if you rent a car there is cheap parking nearby. Communication with Angelika was excellent - no issues at all.

We stayed in Angie's apartment mid December for 5 days. The location of the apartment is fantastic! Literally a moments walk into the town centre and a few moments away from the ring road which connects you to all locations. The apartment itself is a home from home, every appliance and necessity you need. Modern and lovely and warm 24hrs a day! Angie herself is very very accommodating and lovely. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Reykjavik.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the description in the information is accurate. The apartment was spacious, clean, warm and very well equipped. Location very central. Bedrooms were either side of the apartment, so it gave privacy. The owner regularly checked that all was well, which was appreciated. We would like to return.

How do damage deposits work?

If Angelika (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
