This one bedroom apartment 67sq m is for rent on a daily basis. Only 4,7 km to Reykjavik center. Pick up included at the city bus terminal upon arrival.

The check out time is 12:00 a' clock. The check in time is between 14:00-16:00 but later if you wish.

The 67sq meter apartment has 1 bedroom and a fold out couch in the living room, fully functional kitchen with kitchen supplies and a bathroom with a shower. Wireless internet.

The house was built in 2007

A car is included in the rent of the apartment, you can choose between Mitsubishi Lancer station wagon automatic, , or Mitsubishi a station wagon manual, and all you pay for is the gas.

This is a really spacious,well equipped, clean and comfortable property is a great location. Having a car was a real bonus and allowed us to travel out to the sights of the golden circle. its also accessible by bus which takes less than 10 minutes to get into Reykjavik or about 30 minutes to walk. The owner, Siggi was really friendly and helpful and made sure we were OK, he was kind enough to drop us off so we could pick up the hire car we were using to travel to our next destination. We would definitely recommend this property.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sigurður (the owner) a message.

If Sigurður (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
