“Short stay”

Reviewed 10 Sep 2016

Clean and spacious ideal for our short stay, 20 mins walk into Southwold, good value for money and accessible base for the area.

Many thanks for your nice review. I am so pleased that you were happy with everything. I hope that you will return to Suffolk soon with the rest of your family. All the best Kate.

“Lovely place in a great setting”

Reviewed 2 Jul 2016

A lovely bungalow in a quiet residential area. A lovely big sun trap of a garden (well, had the sun been out, it would have been trapped!). Everything provided that you could need, including a nice welcome pack for that post travel cuppa. The owner's on hand if need be, but most definitely not intrusive. Two shops and a pub nearby, but it's only 20 mins walk into Southwold, which has everything you can need, and lots to visit - e.g. museum, lighthouse, pier, Adnams brewery. A great base to venture further afield as well - e.g. the Broads, Framlingham, Africa Alive zoo. Some lovely countryside nearby for walking as well. Thanks Kate for a great stay, and we'd most definitely consider coming again.

Thank you so much for your kind words and very informative review. You didn't have the greatest weather but it sounds like you really made the most of it! Hopefully see you again in the future. Kind regards Kate

“Spacious bungalow a great place to stay”

Reviewed 13 Apr 2013

Stayed with my daugther and her two children over the Easter holidays. When we arrived we were really impressed with the size and cleanliness of the bungalow. Everything was there you needed. Bedrooms had modern pretty furnishings and the kitchen was really big with a good sized lounge to relax in. Care had been taken in presenting all aspects of this property.
