“Lovely house, equipped with everything we could ever need.”

'' We had a fantastic stay at the Dairy House - the house was incredibly spacious (even with 18 people in the house) and the kitchen was very well equipped. The house is in a great location - you can easily stay in, cook and enjoy the games room or head out into the town centre where there are loads of restaurants and bars. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a UK getaway .'' Caroline, March 2012

"An excellent house for a group of families, very well presneted and very much comfortable. The area was superb with easy access to different places, especially to Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth which was one of our favourites. The welcome pack was a great idea and the owner himself is very much accomodating, we found it really easy to book without any hassle at all: PINOY FRIENDS IN WGC- AUG 2012

“Awesome weekend - beautiful house - wish we could have stayed longer!”

I booked a weekend stay at The Dairy House for my sister's hen weekend for 22 of us. We all thought that the property was totally fab! Lots of space, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and tidy - just perfect! Booking was easy and responses to questions were extremely promt; when we arrived at the house for the weekend, we were greeted and shown around the house. The house was in a great location too - nice local pubs, easy access to the ferry to Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays was lovely. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

“The house is fantastic - like a home away from home”

The house is immaculate and it was noted how fantastic everything was, the decor, the facilities, the space, the equipment, the layout and the views that were offered especially from the main living room on the 2nd floor. Not everyone had met each other before so I organised games on the Friday night - so the games room was used and a friendly healthy competition happened which formed great friendships over the weekend. Simon who's stag it was passes on his compliments to everyone at Complete Holiday - thoroughly experiencing a memorable weekend. I cannot fault anything to be honest - you even counted the cans !!!!! I have seen your new website and delighted to see you expanding your property portfolio. With this awful weather in the UK - a flight to Faro to see your property on the Algarve seems very appealing!. - Adam - Stag Weekend - July 2012

“Amazing, High quality, beautiful house. Perfect Stag weekend base”

Reviewed 24 Jul 2012

This House is all quality. Enough room to comfortably sleep 16+ with a games room, huge living and dining rooms and plenty of bathrooms! We used the Dairy House as a base for a stag weekend in Portsmouth, it was an exceptional weekend home. I found the whole process of booking and the procedures really smooth, easy and just as I would have liked. The quality of the house was brilliant and it was good to have Ken give us a tour on arrival. Two of the group have already asked about costs and how easy it was to book as they are also thinking about using the house for future bookings, so all in all I would say we were all very impressed and pleased with the accommodation!.

“Fantastic house, great welcome”

Like being students again only better. Superb, comfortable, spacious, well maintained and stylishly furnished. The amenities were excellent and it felt like we were the first people to stay but that also the house had a lovely lived in feel. Convenient for Pubs, Portsmouth and Explosion Museum. We loved the house, the games room and the modern kitchen and the booking staff were clear and courteous. Kings College Gilbert and Sullivan Society Reunion - July 2012

“Fantastic house in great location - owners really looked after us.”

We had a wonderful hen weekend in the Dairy House. The house was fabulous - such a great size for a big group and with lots of difference spaces in which to either play games or relax. The facilities were excellent and the decor throughout very high quality. It was great to be close to a couple of pubs, and within reach of the Gosport passenger ferry - fantastic access for Portsmouth. The owners gave us lots of help and helped to make my sister's hen weekend memorable for all the right reasons! There are no criticisms - we even had enough space for all our cars! It was all fantastic. We went in November but I suspect it would be even better in the summer with more water sports/boat trips available. A great weekend all round.

“The Dairy House!!! Wonderful!!”

The Dairy House!!! Wonderful!! I booked this house for my friends hen weekend and it was amazing! There were 15 of us so I thought we may be a bit cramped but as the house is huge there was plenty of room and we were even having to look for people as there were so many rooms. They are all decorated beautifully and it had a lovely homely feel, the house was spotless too!! Also with 5 bathrooms and 15 girls we thought we would run out of hot water at some point but we didn’t have that problem which made getting ready very easy! The pub across the road (http://www.thecoachhousegosport.co.uk/the-old-house-at-home/) was fantastic, they were friendly (especially the landlord) and enjoyed all our fun hen games, also they helped us get cabs to Gunwharf Quays at a discounted price! It worked out cheaper for us to get cabs than the ferry and much easier. We will defiantly be back as some point! It made our weekend even better than we thought it would be!

“Excellent facilities and accommodation for groups”

Reviewed 11 Apr 2012

An excellent house that offered our stag-do a fantastic base to stay when the weather was poor and use the in-house facilities, such as pool table, wii, flat screen TVs and large kitchen and dining area, as well as when the weather improved, the patio and BBQ facilties. The house is large, comfortable and modern. The view from the upper reception room afforded views across the bay area to the estuary, although there are some buildings that partially obscure the view, it was still a good view. Location is handy for good local pub and access to the waterfront, although not immediately on it. The location of the house is in a residential area, which for a stag-do could be a problem, but we had no complaints, in fact the neighbour was exceptionally friendly.
