This was our second visit to this bungalow at Waterside Park. The first visit on day of arrival we had the cleaners turn up not long after unaware we were arriving that day. Second time round we arrived looked around the bungalow dirty sink, food left over in fridge etc we assumed either it hadn't been cleaned for our arrival or that people were still staying here. We got in contact with Graham via email no reply however not long after we had a call from Marlene the cleaner who said she had the 2nd June in her books to clean the accommodation this was our leaving date. Marlene was lovely very apologetic and said she will be over within the hour to clean we said that was fine as was going out to dinner. Two bottles of wine left for us when we arrived back as a gesture of good will. Graham replied the next morning. As this was the second time we had problems with the cleaning I can only put blame to the owner for their oversight regarding times and dates for guests arrivals something which they can look into and ensure it doesn't happen again. After this we had a pleasant stay the views are lovely over the sea, theres a bus stop outside which takes you into Yarmouth. The beach access is good however the beach was closed in 2009 for nudists however they still operate there we noticed quite a few on our walk! Best avoided if you have children especially.
