Thank you for your kind words. It makes the Cottage so worthwhile when families have an excellent holiday. (Thanks also for the lemon grass tip. I am using lots of it.). This summer has been wonderful in Northumberland.

Thank you for your review Pamela. It is lovely to hear that you enjoyed staying in the Shieling and visiting the beautiful Northumbrian country, sea side. There is something magic about sitting in the sun lounge watching the birds skim and swoop as dusk falls. Especially with a glass of something nice!
