“Vila suenos 1”

Reviewed 30 Jun 2019

Stayed here for a week with family. On arriving we were overjoyed with our decision to book this villa, very well thought out by the owners.bedrooms are beautifully furnished with very modern bathrooms, lovely fluffy white towels and beach towels supplied. Master bedroom was far enough away from the other bedrooms to be totally relaxed and private.outdoor area was also beautiful and high quality garden furniture. The outdoor kitchen was great but if I was to say any recommendations I would say some shade over it as even in June it was unbearably hot in that area. Villa was very clean on arrival and a lovely welcome pack waiting. Would not hesitate to book this villa again and probably looking into booking nicks new larger villa in the future

“Fantastic Villa”

Reviewed 5 Jun 2019

Have just returned from a week at this lovely Villa with my husband daughter and family. The villa is superbly equipped and Nick has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is an outside kitchen which was a lovely surprise as it was not in the photos made it great for BBQ's. It is only a short drive away to beaches etc and the restaurants at L'Arenal are all superb. Nick and Villa care always replied promptly with any queries. Thoroughly recommend this villa and Javea for a lovely holiday.

“Perfect Villa in a convenient location”

Reviewed 11 Jun 2018

This is the 4th time we have come to Javea and Villa Casa Suenos is by far, the best villa we have stayed in. I will start with the host/owner who was pleasant, friendly and seemed like nothing was too much trouble. Communication prior to the trip was excellent and Nick responded promptly. I specifically asked about electric bike hire for my Dad as he enjoys riding but finds normal bikes hard work and Nick provided information of a local bike hire place and there was even a flyer left for us on the table when we arrived at the villa. The Villa itself is superb. It was clean and tidy and the layout suited us down to a tee as the master bedroom was the opposite side to the house, which meant my parents werent woken by the kids getting up early and could have a lie in, unlike me! Nick had even gone to the trouble of leaving us some basics - Milk, Bread, Ham, Cheese which was a really nice touch as I have been to some places and its been stripped of all the essentials, even toilet roll....Not here though. The size of the rooms are fantastic, each with air-con and the 2 main bedrooms both have good size en-suites. The living room is modern and relaxing with TV picking up English channels (and CBeebies - which saved a lot hassle for our 2 & 4 year old who loves Waffle Doggie and Paw Patrol!!!) and the dining room area has plenty of space for 8 people. Hire chairs and travel cots were also provided. The outside space is wonderful although the tiled area between the step and pool can be a little slippery when wet, so we were constantly yelling "No Running" to the kids, although they of course didnt listen! The pool is wonderful and a good size. I thought, from the pictures, it would be smaller than it was, so I was pleasantly surprised. We decided to have the pool heated (at an extra cost) and was SO pleased we did. The weather wasnt cold by any means but the water temperature was cool and even heated to 28 degrees my youngest, after spending some time in the pool, was still shivering a little. I mentioned this to Nick and to the pool man who came round and the temperature was notched up to 30 which was absolutely perfect. The added touch of a hot tub, ping pong table, pool table and trampoline was also great although my Dad was disappointed with the ping pong table, bats and balls because they weren't "of the standard he was used to". Sour grapes really, as I was beating him constantly - bad workman blaming his tools springs to mind! The main food shops and Arenal beach are less than a 5 minute drive away but a car is definitely needed due to the Villa being situated on a hill but have a go at walking or riding it if you are feeling fit! Oh and if you like Indian/Nepalese food - Everest Spice down the road is a must. All in all - this is a AWESOME villa in a great location. I have no doubt that I will be rebooking in the coming years.

“Wow! Dream House”

Reviewed 1 Oct 2017

Wow! Having just returned from Casa Suenos l in Javea, we have already decided to book again for next year. The name translated says it all. Dream House. This stunning villa was immaculate and furnished to a very high standard. The decor was beautiful and gave a lovely tranquil feeling after our busy days on the beach. The location was perfect with a local restaurants that had really good food and service, The facilities within this private villa were fantastic. Outside was beautifully landscaped with lots to keep us entertained. Nick and Jennifer have obviously put a lot of thought into this rental, from the sat nav loaded with places to explore and eat, to the smaller details. We really didn't want for anything. Thank you both so much for a fantastic holiday, we will be back soon.

“Fabulous fabulous fabulous”

We had the best 2 week holiday here in Casa Suenos I. Not only is the house immaculate and beautifully decorated, the management team were amazing too. Nothing was too much bother, they're job was to make sure we had a great holiday and they certainly did that! The hot tub and pool were crystal clear and cleaned regularly during our stay. The Gas BBQ and outside kitchen area was a really lovely touch, we used this most days! Nicks communication was great too. tom tom delivered with lots of preprogrammed restaurants, beaches, shops etc! Such a unique idea but great if you don't know the area. It was those finishing touches that you remember and make this villa really stand out from the rest! Well done Nick and his team

“A lovely property”

Reviewed 25 Jul 2016

This property has everything one could want for a holiday. There are plenty of facilities in the property to allow one to live as one would at home. The property is located approximately 1.5 miles from the nearest beach which is beautiful and easily accesible by car or taxi. The old town of Jàvea has a daily market and a weekly market on Thursdays. Parking is not a problem as there is a large underground car park at the location and this is very cheap. Car parking elsewhere is generally free and finding a space is not difficult. This area of Spain is beautiful and unspoilt and the views across the bay from the lighthouse (accessible by road) are fantastic.
