This 3 bed 2.5 bath 2,000 sq ft Villa is located within the Homestead community of Reunion Resort. Re-decorated and furnished in 2012, it is only 550 yards away from the Reunion Grande in the heart of the resort.

This fabulous Single-level screened pool home is in a great location, opposite the first hole of the Tom Watson course and within a short walking distance of the Reunion Grande. This home features decor that is modern and sophisticated. Cool muted colors and chic accents add to the ambiance. This Villa has been furnished to an extremely high standard

The gorgeous, contemporary living area has marble flooring throughout and is spacious and comfortable, with upgraded ceiling fans and stylish window treatments. There is also a separate dining area for 6 and a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped, with new stainless steel appliances. There is also additional seating for 4 in the kitchen area.

All three bedrooms have cable TV and DVD players. The master king bedroom also has a desk and an en suite bathroom complete with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate tub.

Outside you will find a large private screened south facing pool and spa area complete with a pool safety fence, Chaise lounges, and patio table chairs. Relax after a swim or gather around the table for more fun in the sun.

As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

How do damage deposits work?
