Description

Villa Eolia is a luxurious, brand new Villa, located in Panormo, a beautiful beach resort on the north coast of Rethymno. The Villa is conveniently located just 200 meters away from a lovely sandy beach, which is well organised and ideal for children and within walking distance from cafes, restaurants and a variety of shops, as well as a pharmacy! Also, there is a bus stop only 200 meters away, which allows you to easily visit the lively town of Rethymno, as well as Chania and Heraklion cities. Enjoy the beautiful sea every day and have a car free holiday!

Layout

Villa Eolia is a ground floor Villa, practically divided in two separate residences (rent as one) and it covers 280 sq. m. The Villa boasts six bedrooms, four bathrooms, as well as two living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens in total. It’s design is ideal for two families or groups of friends as it offers privacy and intimacy at the same time! The Villa provides comfortable accommodation for up to 12 people and its wonderful position overviews Panormo village and offers stunning sea views from almost everywhere you stand!

Exterior

The outstanding outdoor area of Villa Eolia features a 50 m2 private swimming pool with its depth varying from 0.80m to 1.40m in a tile-paved terrace, surrounded by wonderful lawn covered areas. The terrace is equipped with sun beds, and umbrellas and offers unobstructed view to the sea and clear blue sky! Additionally, BBQ facilities and a dining area under the shade of a wooden pergola, are also provided, so you can enjoy al fresco dining with your loved ones, try your cooking skills and create some unforgettable memories! The spacious pool area is also suitable for children to play and have fun, while you relax, staring the breathtaking view! From the pool terrace guests have direct access to the verandas of both residences!

Interior

Each residence opens up to a modernly designed, open-plan space, featuring a living and dining area, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, providing you with everything you may need for a self-catered vacation. The room is very bright and airy, decorated with bright colours, creating a cheerful atmosphere! The cosy and high quality furniture welcome you to spend time with your family and make the most out of your stay. Double doors from both living rooms offer access to a large, perimetrical veranda, equipped with patio furniture, as well as direct access to the pool and terrace after descending a few stairs.

First Residence

The First Residence boasts one bedroom with two single beds (1.00X2.00) which could also be used as a King Size Bed (2.00X2.00) on the ground floor, as well as a family bathroom with bathtub. Three more bedrooms can be found on the first floor, two of which have double beds (1.60X2.00), while the last one features two single beds (0.90X2.00) which could also be used as a King Size Bed (1.80X2.00) if required. Finally, an extra bathroom with a shower cabin is available on the upper level.

Second Residence

The additional two bedrooms are located in the Second Residence, one of which features two single beds (1.00X1.90) which could also be used as a King Size Bed (2.00X1.90) and the second one a standard double bed (1.60X2.00). Furthermore, two bathrooms exist in this floor, one of which demonstrates a bathtub and the other one a large shower cabin. All bedrooms are air conditioned and the beds have Cocomat mattresses promising a blissful uninterrupted night's sleep, as well as your outmost comfort and they also provide access to the large veranda. Last but not least, high quality natural Korres bathroom amenities are also provided.

Your hosts and me personally, will take care of all the details of your holiday 7 days per week responsible for your day to day needs – from special dietary requirements to making recommendations and reservations! Prior to your arrival, I will get in touch with you to arrange all details regarding your stay! Your flight details and telephone number would be very much appreciated, in case I need to contact you! Also, please let me know if you have any special requests! At your arrival day, your hosts will be waiting for you, in order to welcome you and give you all the relevant information about the villa and the area! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
