“Very nice house!”

Reviewed 29 Oct 2016

I stayed there with for a month and really liked the house. Clean, comfortable beds and nice sitting area with a kitchen. The kitchen had everything that you need. Nice places in short driving distance as well as cycle routes. One minus is very slow internet connection but signal is good if you are using your phone.

Thank you for your review, I'd like to wish you all the best for the future.

“Ideal location, compact but lovely”

Reviewed 7 Aug 2016

A lovely little cottage, basic in furnishings but has everything you need for a relaxed stay, and central to rugged beaches as well as easy access to Falmouth and Truro. The owner was very welcoming and helped us out with a number of things.

Thank you for your review, we'd like to wish you all the best with your new business.

“Lovely place to stay”

Reviewed 17 Jun 2016

Stayed for a long weekend whilst we were in Cornwall for a wedding. Nice, cosy property in a quiet area. Had everything that we needed and a supermarket nearby. Very good value!

Thank you for your review, hope to see you again.

“Smart, clean house with beautiful countryside views”

Reviewed 6 Jun 2011

First thing we noticed was the beautiful view of Carn Brea and it's castle from the lounge, we then looked out of the window on the other side of the lounge and a view of the local church was just as beautiful. Redruth and Cambourne was both well within walking distance with lovely shops, pubs and resturants. and the breathtaking views from the coastal walks were just a five minute drive away. best thing we liked about Trevanion House was the views, the worst thing was one week was just not enough.

“Castle Views - Terrific Central Cornwall Location”

Reviewed 17 May 2011

As Americans staying abroad we couldn't have asked for a nicer rental. The location in the village of Carn Brea offered a perfect jumping ground to see all of the best that Cornwall has to offer. The home is brand new, yet set within the prettiest of places. We had views of Carn Brea castle from one window, and views of a beautiful old church from the other. Our young daughters loved seeing the cows come out to graze each afternoon in the field adjacent to the house. The owner was flexible, and accessible. The basic needed supplies were already placed in the home (toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, trash bag, etc). We fit our family of four comfortably. The rental price was way below other rentals asking prices, yet we could drive to a beach in less than 10 minutes. We plan to stay here whenever we visit Cornwall. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the wonderful deep bathtub where I enjoyed the most glorious bubble bath a vacation can offer!
