Beach Time Rentals is offering this Brand-New beach property which will accommodate 13 guests. This beautiful beach house is just a quick 2-minute walk to the beach.

We pride ourselves in making lasting memories for all of our vacationers and this beach property offers the space and relaxed style you are looking for!

The first level features a two car garage and a wonderful patio. Our patio area is perfect to enjoy and entertain, kick back and enjoy the Giant Swim Spa surrounded by tropical landscape in your own personal oasis.

This property offers 2400 square feet of luxury living in a spectacular design that’s warm and richly appointed.

All of the furnishings throughout this fabulous home are comfortable and elegant.

The second level features the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, laundry area, half bath, living and dining areas and a kitchen.

Whether you want to watch a family favorite on TV, or come together for a festive meal, the main living area is designed with entertaining in mind. Living area features plush sofas, large smart tv and plenty of space. The living area is open and offers a pull out sofa.

Everything is available to prepare a family feast in our large kitchen. It offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large pantry and island seating area for 4. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area where your whole party can be comfortable, dine together, laugh together and feel at home.

Dining area seats 8 guests and has access to a balcony.

The 2nd level also hosts an impressive Master Suite with a King- size bed and over-sized Flat Screen TV. An en-suite bath invites you to pamper yourself in the roomy large walk in shower after a day of adventure. Dual vanities, custom fixtures are additional conveniences.

The 3rd floor features a second Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower). The third bedroom offers a Queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom offers 2 twin beds - one is a trundle (to accomodate 3 guests). The fourth bedroom offers a Queen-size bed with access to a balcony. There is a hallway bathroom that has shower tub combination.

A charming loft area overlooks the floor below and offers a fun space for the kids as well as additional sleeping with a sofa sleeper that has a double bed and a short side chaise for a small child.

Elevator access may be available ONLY if approved and needed.

With just a 2-minute walk to the Beach with dedicated crosswalk at the corner. This charming property is lots of beachside fun.

Redington Beach is the place to slow the pace and enjoy the spectacular shorelines without the crowds. It is home to the Redington Pier, a historic landmark and popular tourist stop known for its fantastic fishing and abundant Florida wildlife. While recognized for its residential ambiance, it offers the perfect blend of restaurants, shopping and water activities.

Local dining favorites include the Frog Pond, within walking distance and the Sweet Sage Café. Just a few minutes south awaits the infamous John's Pass with endless shopping and dining options, watersports rentals, and nightlife. Redington Beach overflows with coastal charm.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
