From the owner

House located in quiet area, in the district of Castelnuovo di Recanati, near the old town. Building totally renovated and refurbished in 2016. It has independent entrance to the living room (3 seater sofa and TV) shared with kitchen with table for 6 people. It continues with the dressing room with washing machine and bathroom with toilet and sink. Upstairs there are: bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with bunk beds and bedroom with large closet stocked with hangers. Towels and bed already provided. On request also kitchen towels. Self-service breakfast of packaged products. Available Wi-Fi. Outside the free parking spaces are at 10m from the entrance and in front of the car parks, greenery, there is a small public playground.

How do damage deposits work?
