Description

Nice and well furnished apartment with spectacular view to the sea. Large terrace (25 m2). Ideal for couples, also with children. Satelite TV. Wifi. Very calm location, close to the beach, supermarket, bus stop and restaurants.

You have access to the terrace from the bedroom as well as from the living room. It is an apartment with a lot of light and sunny hours. It has been renewed in December 2014, the bathroom has a new separation from the bedroom.The kitchen is fully equiped with all you can need during your holiday. If you don´t want to cook, you can go in a few minutes walk to several restaurants. There is also a supermarket that can be reached by foot.

If you want to go to the famous "El Socorro" beach, you can reach it in 20 minutes walk or in just 3 minutes going by car.

“A little gem!”

The apartment was light, compact and had a lovely balcony view. This area of Tenerife is very pretty and fertile and we walked the cliff top walk into Puerto de la Cruz on more than one occasion. We ate parrot fish, donkey fish, cuttlefish, red sea bream and fresh sardines in the town. A visit to Mount Teide is a must. We recommend Tenerife as a winter destination, 4 hr flight, no time difference, warm, reasonable prices and friendly- no exploitation. Thank you so much to Irene for the wine/fruit awaiting our delayed arrival!

“Good apartment with some minor issues”

We stayed at this apartment for one week. The apartment is quite good. We loved spacious terrace, quiet area and great views to ocean. Apartment is clean and nice. The lady (Irene) which gave us the keys was helpful and friendly. However, there were some minor issues.: 1. The bathroom (as you can see from photos) is not separated from sleeping room. This is not a problem if you do not mind some moisture after taking a shower. 2. The hot water system is using gas and is quite old. So we encountered some issues with it. For example: If you took a shower longer than 3-5 minutes, the water suddenly gets cold. To recover from that you should stop, wait for several minutes and then you will be able to take a shower for another 5 minutes :) Also at the end of the week we ran out of gas, but called Irene and she replaced the gas cylinder at the same day. However, this did not help for shower problem, it still persisted. So I think it is just general problem with the hot water system not related to gas itself. 3. There was sun shining only in the morning till about 12 o'clock. At noon it usually gets cloudy and continuous so till the end of day, so no sunbathing :) Could be that this was related to the winter (we stayed here at February). 4. It was quite cold at evenings. 5. No good restaurant near by. At least we were unable to find one. The one which is close - is quite adapted to Germans :) If you are looking for sun at the winter months I would recommend to choose the South part of Tenerife. As it was always a good weather there :) Even while in North it was raining and cloudy. It was not a case for us, so we are happy with this apartment. Irene, thanks! :)

Thank you for your stay at our apartment. We have had some problems with the hot water and installed a new gas heater, so there are no more problems with that. This winter has been very cold on the islands. Unfortunately we cannot influence this. So it has been more cloudy and colder than usual.
