A lovely 2 bedrooms pool villa in Thai contemporary design. The total size area is 400 Sq.m. , with a private Pool, private Garden and private car park.

This villa is located in a quiet road surrounded by luxury villas. It is in the South of Phuket, in Rawai.

- Fully equipped kitchen , kitchenwares, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, big refrigerator, hot-cold water dispenser.

- Privacy swimming pool with jacuzzi

- Pool deck with sun-beds

- Tropical garden

- Private car parking

We also provide fully included services such as:

- cleaning 3 times per week

- all electricity and water fees

- maintenance of the pool and garden

- all towels and linens

- cable tv, internet wifi, and safe

The location is quiet and near to all facilities.

We will also guide you during your stay if you need anything.

Services :

-Arranging car rental ( start from 700 THB to 1,200 THB/day ) and motorbike rental (start from 200 to 450 THB/day ) , the price depends on car/motorbike model and its condition

-Providing airport transfer ( 1,000THB – 1,200THB )

House rules :

-Security Deposit 400 USD or 12,000 THB, It will be retuned on the check-out time.

-Additional charge 1,000 THB for early check-out / late check-in

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
